Comment: Brandon, Glen, and the folks over at Winstons are a simply a Class act !!! My wife and I have been going back to them for over 15 years now, and quite simply would NOT think of going anywhere else. The level of customer service that we experience with these guys is by far above and beyond anything else we have been able to find here in the Newport/Mesa area. We (I mean my wife LOL) can be a little finicky and demanding at times, however theyve made it happen for us time after time I must say. I would, and I regularly do recommend these guys to everyone we know for fair deals and stellar customer service...

Comment: This place is so legit. My husband and I bought my wedding rings here. Everyone here are so amazing and so good to their customers. I receive the same attention and service as I did on the day we bought our rings.Don’t be put off by the “hole in the wall” outer appearance….it is the same business as Winston’s Crown Jewelers located on PCH and Dover. 🤩We knew they worked with us to give us an incredible deal on our rings, but we had no idea it would appraise for over double the amount we paid!!Couldn’t be happier with the rings or customer service I always receive here.Update: Aug 2023Wanted to update my review with new pictures of my beautifully cleaned and freshly dipped rose gold ring set.I LOVE that my husband and I got my rings here. At a big box jewelry store, youll get a mass produced average ring that thousands of other women have thats sold to you by a sales person who forgets your name the minute you leave the store.Ive been coming here for a long time and Im always treated with as much attention and service that I received on the day my husband and I made our purchase.Everyone here is great, but if youre lucky enough to come on a day when Brandon is working, youll see why this store has so many incredible reviews. He is an incredible example of Winstons very personal and above and beyond service.

Comment: I was referred to Winstons Jewelers by my friend, Canie Brooks. Richard was the jeweler who assisted me.The store was well lit, extremely clean, well staffed and guarded. I had 2 pieces of jewelry that needed repair. Richard was kind, patient and knowledgeable regarding the history of both prices, as well as what would be needed for repair. He also found another place on the medallion that was broken. It only took a few days and they were competed. The price was, IMO, very inexpensive, considering the labor involved and that they were gold.I will be recommending Winstons Jewelers to all of my friends!

And top of all that jewelry is top of the line super high quality diamonds.. they have some amazing pieces.. definitely a fan.

Comment: In an attempt to get my sweet friend Mikes bracelet sized, we went to a few jewelers in Costa Mesa. Even though their signs said open at 10, none were. I tried this one last, and now they will be first on my list. So kind to us, and sized Mikes bracelet at no charge!! Im goung back soon to have a ring fixed, and Im sure it will be another wonderful experience.

Comment: We shopped far and wide for a beautiful diamond at a great price. I was very particular and Michelle was incredibly patient. I even spent an hour with their designer just going over the details of what we wanted. Price was important! We got an amazing ring and they went to great lengths to made sure we were 💯 satisfied. They have the biggest selection, HUGE, and their pricing is amazing. No need to go anywhere else - we did all the leg work for you. Trust me, they’re fab.

Comment: I am from TX and was in town for business for just a few days, but I scratched the crystal really bad on my Datejust. I stopped in to just see if they could polish it up. However, they suggested I replace it with a sapphire crystal so this doesn’t happen again. They had the part in stock and replaced it while I waited. They even gave my dull wedding ring a complimentary polish. Ask for Brandon, he will treat you like a lifetime customer.
