Comment: I worked part time for Wilson and found it to be a very pleasant learning experience. From my perspective in the office, he was incredibly hard working and efficient with this time. He was also focused on the improvement of his work ethic and would host weekly team meetings in which he discussed everyones goals and provided recommendations & feedback to us. Its safe to say, I never saw Wilson slacking.He was one of the most hardworking realtors at KW Peninsula Estates and was known around the office for always going out of his way to help others. I saw him on several occasions going the extra mile to work with his clients needs.As my boss, he was very organized and possessed great leadership qualities. He also has a softer side- super friendly and funny. I could not have asked for a better person to work with!
