Comment: When I first contacted Mike, I had already been through two realtors and a mortgage lender that I didn’t trust. My landlord at the time was selling the house I was renting, and I had less then two months to find a place to live. My friend knew of a trusted realtor in her area and she gave me Mike’s number. I decided I would give him a try and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Mike has years of experience and a genuine personality that is trustworthy. He had my best interest in mind from the start. Immediately I was introduced to his number one lending agent Momi Pointer and his associate realtor Faith Peavey. Faith has an unwavering kindness which is rarity today. She always was available for me day or night and no question was to big or small. She understood the pressure I was under to leave my rental. Faith worked hand in hand with Momi my lending agent, and as a team they worked together like a well-oiled machine. Being a first-time buyer can be an overwhelming experience, but in the end, I gained an education about home buying from Faith that I was not expecting. Comment: Mike Weller and his team were literally a God send for me in 2020/2021 during the height of the pandemic. My father passed away, his estate was in probate, I didnt live locally and was completely clueless on how to conduct an estate sale. I was grieving and mentally unable to take charge as I normally do to handle the sale of my fathers property.Mike came highly recommended to me. I did an online meet and greet with him to test the waters (as I had already done with 2 other realtors). He was not only professional and very knowledgeable of the market for the Anaheim Hills/Yorba Linda/Irvine areas (Orange County), but also he was easy to talk to, not pushy and very empathetic to my specific situation.He gave me the pros/cons of renting out the property vs. selling it outright. He specializes in probate estate sales so was able to communicate with my probate attorneys easily and help facilitate any documents/processes needed. He was always available to me by e-mail or phone/text messages.Anyone who knows me, Im usually in the thick of things whether its planning for a party/vacation, buying a car/home...Im the organizer. I felt comfortable and thankful enough to release the reins to Mike and his team. He always touched base and gave me options on which way to go. It was never this is the way or this is the only way. He let me make my choices that I felt most comfortable with and then he took lead on getting my choices followed through on.Mike and his team helped me prep the property at the end of 2020. He gave great advice on what should be repaired and what could be left as is. He recommended contractors who did a great job (and at a better price point than other contractors I requested quotes from on my own...I told you I like to take charge & do my own due diligence) in cleaning up the property that had been unlived in for almost a year (painting, repair, carpeting, window replacement, deep cleaning, etc). We put the property up for sale in early February 2021, received multiple offers over asking, accepted an offer 9 days later and closed in 30 days.I really dont believe I couldve done this without Mike Weller and his team. I did fly in a few times to meet with Mike & Diana, check on the progress of the property readiness for sale and again, I highly recommend Mike Weller as your realtor of choice.Thank you Mike & team!

My husband and I recently sold our condo in Yorba Linda, California relying upon Mike and Diana’s expertise and guidance. Our condo has been a rental for many years and Mike made recommendations on various upgrades to make the property more saleable. Comment: From the very start to the very end of my home selling process, Mike was everything I could have ever asked for. He was very personable, accommodating, and helpful through the entire venture, and even before I chose him for selling my home. I sold my mobile home, which definitely brings forth a challenge because there is a smaller number of people in the market for this type of home. Typically from what I saw in my neighborhood, it can take anywhere from 3-6 months to sell a mobile home. Mike sold my home in 1 MONTH AND 10 DAYS!! I was relocating so Mike knew I was hoping to get the move happening as soon as possible and BOOM he made it happen. In the beginning of my selling process, I mentioned to Mike that we were having a garage sale and he offered to advertise for my garage sale and put up signs! I can honestly say Ive never had a more successful garage sale, thanks to his advertising and signage.The whole process was smooth and Mike always made me feel like I could reach out to him at any time. He was flexible and always tried to help work around my schedule for things. He definitely made this experience enjoyable for me. Mike sold my home in December 2017 and he still reaches out to this day to see how things are going with my relocation. He is truly one of a kind. Comment: For someone looking to sell their property, Mike Weller is a superior agent to have on your side. But for the first time seller, in my opinion Mike Weller is the ONLY agent to have. I looked to sell a home that I had passed down to me from family after over twenty years of ownership. After speaking with several potential agents, Mike was the clear choice for me. First - he spoke to me about my options outside of selling my home to insure that I was making an informed decision that was truly in my best interest long term. He was then extremely thorough in his explanation of what the process would look like and what my responsibilities in that process would be. He toured my home, which admittedly was beat up since I had rented it out for the better part of ten years, and then produced numbers as to what my home could reasonably be valued. Mike then produced sales information from the neighborhood to support his valuation, then offered a list of repairs and improvements with estimated costs and a projected valuation of the property once the work was completed. He also pointed out potential repair issues that could be passed on, as they would not significantly increase the value of the home. As I accepted his recommendations on all matters and elected to proceed, he then provided contact information with individuals whom he had worked with previously and could vouch for the quality and fair pricing of their work. Since I was not local during the process, he took special attention in seeing to the completion of the work and in fact, as the process traveled its normal path, Mike would assist in contacting individuals and scheduling work on my behalf. Mike also suggested that I exercise some patience at one point during the process to give a neighboring property time to complete its sale at a strong price-point, thus allowing for the best possible appraisal for my property. The simple point is that Mike truly worked hard for me, making me feel like I was not only in the best care possible, but as though I had a true partner in the process. Mike was well informed about the market, the selling points of the local community, and absolutely navigated the process in such a way that the end result was increased revenue for me. He communicated every step of the way, and I could not be more pleased to have had Mike represent me in this process. Truthfully, I look forward to my next real estate transaction so that I may have the opportunity to work again with someone I would recommend to everyone looking to buy or sell - Mike Weller.
