Comment: Went in first thing on Sunday morning to look at and possibly purchase a vehicle from this dealership, asked to test drive a certain car and the salesman went with us but didnt not say anything except when we asked questions. Which for me thats great and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Got back to the dealership and started talking numbers went back and forth a bit, finally agreed on a fair price and drove off in a 2019 Chevy Traverse very Happy with our purchase. She was very knowledgeable of the features and most importantly honest. She was polite, professional and not pushy for the sake of a sale but rather she laid out all the options in my making the right decision.I drove about an hour to test drive the vehicle. When I ultimately decided on pass on this particular one, she offered me a number of similar offerings within the same price range and similar features I was seeking. She again, did not push me for the sake of her making a sale, instead gave me the a vast amount of information for me to me a sound decision. I did not make the purchase but instead I was left impressed by her professionalism, knowledge and A+ customer service. Comment: Looking and purchasing a car is always somewhat stressful. Looking for a car I could afford to pay cash self employed 1yr not eligible nor could afford financing. IN THIS MARKET WAS OVER THE TOP STRESSFUL. I found the one teaser ad car. 2012 kia shortage with less then 60k miles for 12500. They made the process simple, easy, fun and I left a happy customer. The car blew up 17 days later due to a Kia motors unusual bearing wear. This extended the warranty to 150k or 15 years. They replaced the Motor, serviced transmission and reimbursement of all cost out of pocket to me. 4th KIA #kialife FYI, when Vista heard about, if it doesnt work out with Kia motors please let me know. WHAT I CAN DO who KNOWS but call me we will absolutely give it a try. Thank you Vista motors Pomona and Kia for life to KIA MOTORS. HAPPY CUSTOMER.

This is maybe, maybe a 1 star dealer.Heres my experience;I contacted them through an online service. Contacted mary and arranged a meeting on thursday or Saturday. I couldnt do Thursday, so i met George on sat. I will say, George did everything he could in his power to help me. But, he had only one other helper.He knew id be there @9am. And then he an one other guy had to move cars on the lot (i get it, i used to work a car lot too). Which didnt matter, since the finance person wasnt gonna be in till 10am (so why have me come in @9am?)As i wait, more n more customers flock in, taking up more of his time. Im now far down on the list of important customers. I literally was ignored.For hours.Ah, finally, my credit check comes back. Amazingly, a white 40yr old with a house, checking account, 2 savings accounts, 2 paid off cars and a cell phone has no credit!But, their bank can offer me a deal. Its not ideal, as im gonna refinance through my own bank. But heres where it got strange. Suddenly, 2 more (no name) banks can loan me the money, better interest, but they need $1k more in cash. I already did $2k. I was hard up fer a decent car, and ultimately, Im disappoint.Oh, an mary said the car was very clean per her email. So, very clean means 20+ door dings, dents n scratches. Ill remember that in the future when i want to sell it. Maybe back to them. (My 05 G35 has one ding and was a daily, this car is 10yrs newer). They also did not detail or give me any gas. So i had to purchase gas just to get home. If you go here, at least have your own financing. And thats how great they are!

So glad I went, I had an awesome expiriance with William . My husband and I were so comfortable and were put at ease with all of Williams knowledge about the care we bought ! Comment: When I first walked into Mira Motors, I was greeted with only smiles and respect. I feared that being a 19 year old girl would make me look unexperienced and like I didnt know what I was doing. However, William knew that I know more than I let on. I got all of my questions answered and more importantly, I received Williams patience.
