Comment: I have been working with Matt at Vanguard for at least 7 years now. My experience with him/them has always been top notch. They are competitively priced, and complete reports on or before due date virtually 100% of the time. Best yet is the quality of their work. Not only do they produce high quality work but when questions do arise they are prompt to answer and provide any further details as required. When we have third parties reviewers review their reports, they most often come back with no comments but even when they do come back with comments or requests for corrections there are either updates with additional information added quickly or a detailed explanation of why its not necessarily in the individual case. We have never had the need for a round two after initial request for correction/comments, and I think that more than anything speaks to the quality of Matt and his teams work.
