We always make an appointment with (or ask for) Joaquin V. - it is always so good to see him and catch-up on this life that just seems to be zipping by before our eyes! He is an asset to Toyota of Orange; he is attentive to your requests and ensures your experience is seamless/trouble-free from dropping off your vehicle at the Service Department to pick-up afterwards. It goes without saying, Toyota of Orange has always been very good to my family and I for the past 30+ years, their Customer Service is excellent, they are extremely professional and super friendly!! In addition, all my interactions with Miss Azin S. and David V. are nothing short excellent - they treat you like family and I could not see Toyota of Orange without them! Finally, I had the pleasure of using their new (and improved) Uber Ride Service - I think it works great! I prefer the credit voucher to your Uber Account, and you have the flexibility to request the ride when you are ready. Before, the Service Department dispatched the Uber Side Service once you completed discussing the reason for your visit, and you would then have to quickly make your way to the Uber Pick-Up area (I apologize to Toyota of Orange if this is incorrect, but that is how I understood it). This did not allow the customer to potentially discuss anything extra with the Service Department Representative or even get a coffee from the Lobby, etc. I would give this new method an A+!!

It was super busy that day, and I was bummed they said they couldnt check out the other issue I was having on top of the oil change/service. They called to say it was ready, and I asked if I could keep it there until Monday so they could check out the noise. He said yes, but they ended up making time to check out the noise (it was an easy fix, no charge!) and I was able to pick it up that day. Service was very good.

Patrick was very thorough and explained to me everything about the warranty program I had. I sent a follow up email asking him a few question and instead of just answering my email he called me, and answered my questions. His phone call back really meant a lot to me. He went above and beyond to call the other dealership to get more information about the car which he then relayed to me. Thank you Patrick for taking care of me, I had such a terrible experience at a different Toyota dealership and you put a smile on my face and actually made me feel good about purchasing a Toyota. I drove over to Toyota of Orange after Toyota of Huntington Beach put the doughnut on and we called first South Coast Toyota and THEY informed us of YOUR store which DID have the tire. I was instructed here to call and I did. Was informed by Angel that there were 4 in stock. I asked that Angel check offline to verify the Computer listing, which he did and then I made a call to the Service line to notify of my impending appearance. Was informed of the wait time and received a text when the Vehicle was ready. Huge Clean High Traffic place. Miracles everywhere. Thanks.

I like how they call you in advance to schedule your appointment. This time I had to call since I had missed theirs. Catherine was able to schedule me in right away. I dropped off my car on a Saturday morning so it was a bit busy but the line moved up accordingly. The service took about 2 hours and I was notified that my car was ready.

Comment: I had a great experience with Paul Mansia in Sales. I came in for routine service on my Corolla and while waiting I took a look at the new inventory. Paul respectfully introduced himself to me on the lot and showed me cars I was interested in test driving (my Corolla lease was due in 2 months). Paul was able to gain access to any car on the lot without having to go back to the main office - a great technical advancement on the lot!. I really wasnt expecting to make a deal that day, but it felt right, so I made the trade and left with a new Venza in record time! The process was very smooth and easy. Being recognized as a repeat customer to this dealership certainly helped in getting the best deal all around. Toyota of Orange really understands the value of a returning customer!

They are a big dealer and when I arrived, there were a few cars already in line on the service bay but the friendly staff worked quickly and diligently and to get me checked in. They also have a nice customer waiting lounge where they offer free bottled water, coffee & hot chocolate. Comment: Bitter sweet moment just happened to me this past month. Long story short my 2017 car broke down after 6 years of use and it ended up being the transmission. Unfortunately my warranty expired but was quoted a VERY high amount that basically made me just want to get a new car because of the significant amount. But fortunately, the service team and service manager helped me because he noticed i had a clean history of maintenance and toyota care so he did his best to see if toyota can offer a credit and within a couple days i get a call & it all ended up being amazing news. As someone who just paid off their car a couple months ago, i was very saddened because i thought id have to take my car to the junk yard but once the service manager told me the new amount, the stress and weight lifted off my chest. I was able to set up a payment plan & go on with my car! I am beyond satisfied but obviously i wish this never happened in the first place but the team cared for me and am beyond happy with the customer service offered to me. I will continue being a loyal customer for a lifetime. Thank you David and Andy!

After driving around for a few days, I noticed a wind type sound coming from sunroof while driving 50MPH or more. Once I contacted the customer service at Toyota of Orange, Lilia Saldana set up an appointment with the service department to inspect the issue. Erik Schuck, the shop foreman, was a very professional and super knowledgeable person who quickly found the root cause of the issue and managed to resolve it within hours. One person preps the car, another writes up the paper work, and someone to verify who is paying when it comes to warranty work. Comment: So impressed with their service! My first Toyota experience and honestly didn’t expect much but I felt like I was in a high end dealer. The service guys were awesome and they even washed my car. The cashiers seemed a bit aloof and bothered but that was a small part of the overall experience. If they got the cashiers to smile and just be slightly friendly this would have felt like a Mercedes dealer it was so good.

Comment: I took my car in for the first oil change and checkup at 3,200 miles. The oil light came on prematurely and I was very concerned. They reassured me everything was fine: pressure checked, seals checked, added to the Toyota database for monitoring and the correct GR Supra oil replaced. They even showed me the bottle in advance since it is very specific for this car. They were kind and professional every step of the way and I was lucky to receive a rental car (Im 25 miles outside the scope of the shuttle). Aron Parra was my advisor, Patrick Kongnhotha and Eddie Reyes (Sales Extraordinaire) were also fabulous. Such a great team! Ill be back again for my next service. Thanks again Toyota of Orange.

Comment: Update: Toyota of Orange came through and fixed my problems with my TPS. They were very helpful and nice when I went to get it fixed. Definitely redeemed themselvesBought a used 2010 toyota corolla that was in good condition. Within 6 days one of the tire pressure sensors went bad. I took it for an oil change and was told that the tire pressure sensor on the right side was bad. The sensor was not covered under warranty so now I have to deal with it myself. Other than that the car is running great. 1 star for the car running good.

Comment: I was turned to Toyota of Orange based on my wife and MIL’s long history with this dealership... Prius x2 and a Corolla in the past 12 years. They also have done all of their services there.When it came time to purchase my new car, I knew I wanted to come here. Having driven her Prius on many occasions I was set on one, except that I wanted an SUV. So we tried a Highlander Hybrid months ago and it was about saving up our pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters.Today was the day, days before my birthday. 17 years and 3 months after my last car purchase, I got the green light to start my search. I didn’t know what to expect but I knew I had a good impression in working with Jeff Kyte, who was nothing short of polite, professional, honest, up front and helpful in finding me the trim, color and price that I was shooting for when I was ready to buy. Although he being a Cowboys fan, helped me (an Eagles fan) walk out with my new wheels the same day I started shopping with not any of the sweating, headaches or the anxiety that can come with car buying. Swung a pretty nice deal on a new 2019 Highlander Hybrid XLE.I was super happy with how my wife and I were received and treated and it made my second ever car buying experience a fun one. Comment: From start to finish I was well taken care of. Car shopping has gained a reputation of being the most dreaded thing to do, but eventually we all have to do it. But here at Toyota of Orange I did not experience that feeling. I went to 5 other dealership to find my truck. Price was important but if I was not going to be respected as a customer then I wont make a deal - no price would be able to get me to buy from rude pushy and shady salesmen like the people at Elmore toyota. Toyota of Orange really made me feel like I was friend they were trying to take care of. I love my truck, but what really made me love my truck was that I didnt have to go thru the ringer to buy it. Thanks Pete for being my sale person and working out a great deal on my truck and thank you Patrick in financing for getting me out and into my beautiful truck in a swift manner. I will be back to buy a new truck for my dad after graduation!

Comment: I drove in to service my Scion TC and walked out in a brand new Toyota CHR. The team made buying my new car an amazing experience. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured. With less than perfect credit, I dint think a new vehicle was an option. I received the financing I wanted! After experiencing a horrible experience with Nisan, the folks at Toyota where a breath of fresh air. I will definitely service my new car and all future purchases here at Toyota of Orange. Comment: This dealership was superb. I was looking to buy my 1st car, which of course, goes without saying, but is a huge deal so it meant a lot to my family & I that we were comfortable & really getting the best possible deal. Our salesman, Eddie Reyes, was great. He made me feel so welcome & was so patient with us. The waiting room is stocked with free bottles of water, cookies, and coffee as you wait for your car to get serviced, etc. Theres cozy couches & even tables for you to put your laptop on. All in all it was an amazing experience & I will be going back in the future. I wound up getting a certified pre-owned 2016 Toyota Corolla LE, which is a big upgrade from the 1997 Saturn SL1 I had before.
