Comment: I visited this repair shop on May 10, 2023. I had two repairs - 1. 22k gold chain which was gifted to my daughter by my mom had a break in it, hanging on by a link. (2) I had bought a white gold necklace with the diamond heart pendant which needed to be swapped out with a platinum necklace since Wifey is allergic to white gold. Before I stopped by Time To Repair, I had initially went to Fast Fix for the repair. They quoted me an astronomical price of $69.95 for the 22 k gold chain repair and the reason for the high price as I was told is because it is 22k gold. I asked about swapping the white gold necklace for the platinum one and after inquiring with the repair guy she says that will also be $69.95. I walked away and decided to stop by at Time To Repair and I was extremely surprised when the jewelry repair guy (Bill) quoted me $40 ANDDD he even swapped out the necklaces NO CHARGE right there in front of me within minutes. I am not writing this review because I got something FREE, but rather because of the great customer service, quality work, and the price I was charged. After a couple hours I went back to pick up the necklace and it looked better than it did brand-new. The necklace had a lot of kinks and bumps which Bill went above and beyond and fixed all of them and he even polished the necklace. I was speechless when he handed me the necklace-ALL for $40. My gosh! It is truly impossible to find honest, and hardworking people with morals and values. I am so very grateful to Bill and the other two workers for their excellent customer service skills and transparency. I have a lot of more necklaces and watches I need to get repaired and I will definitely be a returning customer for life. THANK YOU BILL!

Comment: I had to resize a new watch I got the month before after I swapped the presidential bracelet. They were helpful. They had good customer service. They got on it instantly and gave me a wait time. I think my only concern if that’s even possible with the use, was the amount of money a watch spring was gonna cost me. I enjoy having extras at home for other bracelets such as my rubber and nato.

Comment: I brought in a Tiffany necklace with a broken chain.Two hours later the chain is perfectly repaired at avery reasonable price. Tiffany wanted more money and two weeks. I’m so glad I came here. They were highly recommended by jewelers in the mall.They are friendly and professional and a pleasureto deal with. I’ll see them again.

Comment: Expert repairs. Went to other jewelers and they would not touch my ring because they were scared to ruin it. I got beautiful results and recommendations from time to repair. Their jeweler is the best. Some before and after. Except for the diamond ring, that one I broke a diamond and had it replaced with my sons birthstone for a unique look. Only place I will go from now on.

Comment: Ciro and Bill were amazing! Fixed my dads old watch and it was honestly a wreck. I really wish I had a before photo but the glass was cracked, the hidge was bent bad and the pin connecting the band do the main part was broken. Now it looks better than brand new. 10/10 would recommend!
