I was surprised that it would take 24-48 hours before the problem was diagnosed, which was stated to me at station that they told me this on phone (they did not-I would have remembered that). What good is an appointment if you cannot get to it at that moment? On pickup, I scheduled time via computer to pick up. I had to wait 30 minutes outside front office to “pick up”. I think they may have cleaned up the car, but you should have told me that when I showed up.Overall, Tanya was very good at communicating via text after I left car. The car is now running very well. I was pleased to pick up a clean car.

Marvin was kind as hell, super knowledgeable, friendly, and made my experience smooth and hassle-free. He told me he would let me know between 4-5pm when my car would be ready and right at 4pm he gave me an update. i didnt have to check in. He called me a lyft as soon as I gave him my address without any back and forth. He answered all my questions patiently and never interrupted. Super customer service. I subsequently got lost in the dealership trying to find my lyft and the people inside the sales showroom were also all really kind. Glad I came to yall!

Comment: I’ve never had a more pleasant experience in buying a vehicle. Upon entering the lot I was greeted by the General manager (Mike Hoffman) who introduced me to my salesman Elliott Amaya-Cruz. I was told to look around and decide what I wanted. Elliott accompanied me without sale pitches or pushed toward any particular vehicle. He asked what I was looking for and pointed me toward the inventory and kept me company. Once I found my truck, I told him what I had to spend and he said to give him a few moments. He came back and asked if I wanted a test drive while we waited for the figures. When we returned Elliott went and got the breakdown and it was slightly higher than I wanted to spend, Mike came out and said, we can accommodate you and I bought a truck. I was there for maybe an hour and a half and the deal was done. I have NEVER been at a dealership less than 4-5 hours and never had to say no a dozen times because they try to convince me I could afford more yet they couldn’t come down more. The finance guy was terrific. It was definitely the best experience I have ever had. Thank you Elliott and Mike.

Back on the Phone but No One Greeted Like Sierra Chevy did, So I called Back Set an Appointment. That when Ms Tayna R. Greeted Me and Explained The Whole Process . She Made Sure I Was Comfortable and Understood. She Guided Me to the Lobby and My Truck was already On it Way to be Serviced . And I Was in The Lobby, Then She Texted for an open line of Communication while I was there . I was Aldo Greeted by Douglas S. And He Checked on Me asked The Type of Service and For What Vehicle . Small talk for a moment as He was Working, thought it was Nice as Today Everyone is always in a Hurry . I believe it was like 3 hours or so But I thought it was Quick, probably due to the Checking on from Ms Tanya & Talking to Douglas . That How One Makes Time Fly . This was my second vehicle I had purchased through Sierra Chevrolet, but my first time trading in a vehicle. Needless to say, I was a little bit confused with the process, but Isaiah Moran helped me throughout the entire process. He was extremely helpful, kind, patient, and he answered all of my questions. From the second, I inquired of the vehicle to the moment I left the dealership with my vehicle. Isaiah made me feel as if we were friends/family and he seriously had my best interest at heart. That is really hard to find when making vehicle purchases. I had gone to another dealer that was much closer to where I reside, and I did not have nearly have a good experience as I did here at Sierra Chevrolet with Isaiah. I would 10 out of 10 recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle to make the drive out to Monrovia and visit Sierra Chevrolet.

We got into a mishap (ran over a parking stop with our Volt we had just purchased). We were scared we did major damage to the undercarriage of the car but all that happened was the liner was ripped off and we got a cosmetic gash on the floor pan. Your team understood That we wanted to take the car to 40 year friends of ours from church that own a body shop. The Sierra Chevy team was more than cordial facilitating the tow and getting everything ready giving me a minimum charge of $100 for the diagnosis. Comment: Service did a good job repairing my car, replacing the defective air bag (recall) with my first appointment, and the control panel for the A/C and heater, and the rear door lock for my second appointment. Plus they were great in arranging a Lyft ride for me so that I wouldnt have to hang around the dealership for a good part of the day. The only thing I would recommend is that they call me as soon as my car is ready. For both jobs, I called to check on my cars status because it was beyond the estimated timeframe. Both times my car was ready, but they just had not called to let me know.

Comment: I couldnt be more impressed with the level of service I received from Sierra.After going to a few other dealerships in the area, I was referred over to Sierra Chevrolet.From the moment I walked-in I was treated with respect, and could tell that your team was genuinely interested in earning my business.I initially worked with Gus, Rashad, and Edward, who took me on a couple of test drives and explained the features of the cars I was interested in. They were very knowledgeable, and took their time to ensure I understood everything.Then I worked with Rudy to go over purchase options on the car I selected. Rudy took his time and explained my options, including the rebates for electric vehicles. Even though the dealership was very busy, I did not feel rushed, and everyone took their time with me.I was very impressed that Rudy and his team were not pushing me into getting the car. In-fact, Rudy told me that if I was able to wait one day, he would be able to get me a better deal since he could speak to another department the next day. Even though he could have closed the deal on the spot, he did what was best for me as the customer, and took additional steps to get me a more favorable deal. Very impressed!Rudy came through with his promise, and called me early the next day to tell me everything was approved. He then set an appointment for me to come-by that day to meet with his partner, Corey, so that I could be in and out as soon as possible.The process from there was seamless. The car was cleaned, washed, and charged; ready to roll. Corey was super friendly and helpful, and explained additional features on the car. I sat down with Steve in the finance department, and he explained all of the finance details, and gave me lots of helpful additional information on my new electric car. Steve continued the trend of not being pushy, and taking his time to ensure I understood everything I was signing.The most impressive part came at the end of the purchase. My wife needed to sign a form for our trade-in, but she was unable to make it down to the dealership for a few days. Corey and Rudy arranged for Gus to drive to my house (more than 15 miles away) in rush hour, so that my wife could sign the form there. Gus showed-up on-time, explained everything to my wife about what she was signing, asked us if we had any other questions, and was friendly throughout the entire process. UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!Anyways, super impressed across the board. Thanks for helping me out.Keep up the good work!

Comment: Everyone was so patient and polite. We bought my car here and they really broke down the contract for us so we could understand everything. We loved the experience so much that we can back here 6 months later to buy my husbands car. They gave us great trade in values, great deals, and an overall great experience.

Comment: Great place to buy a Chevy, will definitely come back. Ive been purchasing Toyotas and Hondas all my life. This was my first Chevrolet purchase ever, Im actually impressed with the quality and features with todays Chevrolet. Hopefully I can get a Silverado in the future, great quality cars. Im happy!
