Comment: If you are looking for someone to do an appraisal, I highly recommend Tim Little. It is not surprising he garners 5 stars on Yelp and Google. He is responsive, personable and a pleasure to work with, and he delivers his report within the timeframe indicated. I sent my Yelp inquiry late at night and to my surprise he responded right away while he was on vacation. I figured it would take a while for him to get up to speed after his return from vacation but he got in touch within a couple of days and worked out a time to meet. He showed up on time to inspect the premises and the report he provided was thorough with comparables and photos included. I have no qualms about recommending him or engaging him again in future.

Comment: Tim appraised our single family residence in San Francisco. His appraisals are thorough and it is evident that he puts significant time and effort into his work. He is very knowledgeable of our neighborhood real estate market and overall Bay Area market trends. We enjoyed working with Tim as he is professional, courteous, and detail oriented. Tim was the perfect guy for the job, providing a very thorough assessment, giving us guidance well outside the scope of the job, and making himself available for follow up calls where we more or less picked his brain about real estate topics.
