I want a clear plan of action on what needs to be done, timely execution, excellent communication and a reasonable price for what I pay. Sarah not only delivered on all points, she really went above and beyond! I had a condo that needed to be updated before it was sold. I also was going to be out of town for two weeks in the month that we needed to start remodeling.
