Ceona measured the band but unfortunately they did not have one that fit. She suggested that I go on line and buy an after market band. Well, I did exactly that and when the band arrived I went back to Rogers. Connor, the manager, was so nice and professional and sized the band to fit my wrist.What a terrific retail establishment!

He treated me and my timepieces with professionalism and upmost care. After, determining how many links needed to be removed from each bracelet; he told me it be about 10-15. About 10 minutes afterwards, my watches were done and they now fit like a glove...Overall, I was extremely happy with the services I received today at Rogers Jewerly. Comment: I was originally coming in thinking I needed to have two rings cut off one finger. I had had the rings on so long, I could not get them off my chubby little finger. I happened to be in SLO, so I walked into Rogers to see what they could do. I was met by Connor, Alex, Lindsay, and another nice person in training. They were very approachable and helped me right away . It ended up that Alex and Lindsay are professional ring-getter-offers and were able to shimmy, massage, oil up, and pull off the rings! I appreciated their efforts and good natures. I will return in about a week to have my finger measured and the rings sized. Thank you!!

The customer service is old school great. I purchased my wife’s engagement ring (Fire and Ice), then her wedding ring also Fire and Ice. Connor had the matching wedding ring custom made with larger diamonds per my request (it’s amazing). I then sat down with their custom jeweler Dave who made my wedding band and it turned out awesome. Comment: I came in to get my rings rhodium plated and repolished. Katie was welcoming and quickly helped me. One was my grandmother’s ring and I was hoping to have it back before Thanksgiving. She took detailed notes of the rings I was giving them and Siona promised to have it back to me in time. As the jeweler was working on the rings, Katie texted me that a prong was loose and asked if I wanted to fix it with the cost. There was no pressure and I appreciated their thoroughness. They not only did a beautiful job, but also much quicker than expected and in plenty of time for the holiday. Siona kept her word! I am so grateful for Katie, Siona and the jeweler’s care and thoughtfulness with these rings that means so much to me. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Comment: Went to Rogers Jewelry Co. in San Luis Obispo to polish some valuable, antique candlesticks and a Menorah. All from Austria in the 1800s.Was helped by Lindsay the Office Manager. She dived into this project asif it were her own antiques. She looked up the provenance of the sterlingsilver and used several solutions and polishing cloths on the job. I amso pleased with the outcome, the items are literally sparkling.. The personal attention and competence of the staff at Rogers Jewelry Co is off the charts. This is a 5 Star establishment, for sure.

I also brought in a broken bracelet, which I hoped to get repaired and perhaps a replacement clasp. After a patient and thorough review of the options, we learned that the bracelet couldn’t withstand the swap. Rather than send me home broken hearted, they did the small repair for free! After several visits to various jewelry stores I finally found a store where right away the staff helped me to feel very welcomed and comfortable, Rogers Jewelers. I had no idea what I was looking for but shortly after telling my story to Hailey, the young woman who greeted me, I had the 💍 (rose gold with an Amethyst stone accompanied by a couple of small diamonds) and it was a huge success! When I gave her the ring she cried and said she loved it. A few months had past and I wasn’t going to let her get away for a 2nd time, and once again I needed to find a jewelry store to find the perfect ring. This time is was a no brainer and without hesitation I went to Rogers jewelers in downtown San Luis Obispo and again was greeted right away by a gentlemen named Eason. Once again I had no idea what I was looking for and after looking through several cases full of beautiful diamond rings I couldn’t make a decision. The help and suggestions I received from Eason after wearing him down was incredible, he never rushed, or gave up on me. I was so undecided and just wasn’t sure what I wanted and actually made a couple more visits back to Rogers before Eason and I designed the ring that I wanted. Again, the help and the patience I received from Eason was incredible, he made me feel like family. The ring finally arrived and I wanted the proposal to be special, or as special as it could be during a pandemic. My options were limited but Once again with Eason’s help we devised a plan to propose right there at Rogers the next time my lady came to visit. We have a song that I knew she would recognize that would be playing on the stores sound system, we had a bottle of Dom, with specially engraved glasses waiting for just the right moment, I was very nervous and then it happened... she said yes! From start to finish my experience with Rogers jewelers and their staff was amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.Thank you Rogers!

Comment: I went into the new Rogers Jewelry in San Luis Obispo yesterday to get some help with a ring that I wear often. The staff there was extremely welcoming and immediately told me that they could resolve my issue. I was particularly impressed with Alex, one of the employees. Within a couple of hours Alex resolved the issue and returned the ring to me.Rogers Jewelry has gained a new customer.

Comment: Libby provides Excellent service with no pressure. Libby Helped me realize what I wanted and stayed within my price range. She did a great job staying away from things I did not want and did not try to up sell. If you want great service with a great product, then I would highly recommend Libby and the whole Rogers’s team.

Comment: Beautiful selection! They carry everything for every budget. I like that they still offer Hearts on Fire diamond jewelry and now have my FAV, Roberto Coin! He sneaks a ruby into every design and makes the perfect gold hoops. We’re lucky to have this selection in SLO.

Comment: All the staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we entered their store. Everyone at Rogers Jewelry Co. attempted to assist me in finding a ring that I loved. I had a very specific idea in mind, and although all the rings were beautiful, none fit the image I Was seeking. A staff suggested that we meet with their ring designer to explore making a custom engagement ring, so we did. David Kirk, their director of design, was AMAZING. He was able to generate an image of the ring on his computer, at which point I cried out of joy, then my fiancé cried because of my reaction; it was a moment that we will cherish forever. We are so extremely glad we chose Rogers Jewelry Co. I recommend that you stop by because I genuinely believe that you’ll be pleased with the experience. It is with great pleasure that I submit this review.

Comment: We have been a loyal customer of Rogers Jewelry since back in 1998 when it was still in the Valley Plaza. When Eason told us he would be leaving the Bakersfield store to manage the new store opening in San Luis Obispo we were soo excited for him. Eason is not just an employee of Rogers. Eason takes the time to know his customers and what they like and don’t like we feel like we are family with him. He helped my husband create the most beautiful wedding ring for me and takes notes when we are in waiting to get something cleaned or fixed, and will keep it on our file to help my husband out with future purchases which helps him a lot, he also sends reminders about our anniversary date and my birthday. Eason has gone above and beyond for my husband and I. We will not purchase any jewelry from anyone other than Eason at Rogers. We recently visited Eason at his new store and while there we upgraded my wedding set and I had it back the same day!! It is a beautiful new store and we will be visiting Eason a lot there!! Great customer service and quality!! He always knows just what I want, there aren’t very many people that will go above and beyond for a customer and not just for the bottom line. It’s a short drive to get this type a customer service and it’s well worth it.

Comment: Rogers has been greater than expected for the process of buying my diamond. I found one I loved out of my price range and Eason brought in 5 diamonds all in a range of colors and sizes similar to the one I liked. Prices were very competitive with what I had been looking at online. Eason was honest and helped me realize what I liked too. Libby the designer explained different settings and options to me and then I was able to pick out how I wanted my ring. Awesome team Thank you!!
