I brought my commitment ring in to get resized for my middle finger 😳. It actually bothered my ring finger because I found out the white gold diamond ring was hollow and the holes in the back would collect everything even my missing socks. Luckily they were able to fill some of it and my ring looks amazing. I honestly took it to a different store first that wanted to charge me an outrageous price to get resized and the wait was over five weeks. So I walked out. Then I was told about Roco’s so I checked them out. They quoted me a much more reasonable price and we’re honest about it so I decided to get my ring filled as well. I took it in on Monday and by Thursday I received a text message my ring was finished and ready for pickup. I could not be happier with the outcome. Comment: I used Roco’s some time ago for my ring to get sized down and I was impressed how fast their service was (it was same day).I recently lost a diamond and needed to get it replaced. I remembered Roco’s and how honest and friendly they were. I immediately called and took my ring in Thursday evening and it was fixed by opening Monday morning! To much to my surprise not only did they replace my missing diamond they cleaned and re-dipped my ring! I am so happy with their service! Thank you Roco’s!

Comment: I am very happy with the service and repair price. Seriously best price in town by a long shot! I shopped all around town for the best price. All other stores wanted to charge between $120-200 to set a diamond. Rocco’s charged me $20! They definitely don’t try to take advantage of their costumers like other stores seem to be doing. The repair looks great. I can’t even tell which diamond they actually reset. Also, there was a reasonable repair time. It took a day to repair my wedding ring and get it back to me. Other stores had waiting periods between 2-6 weeks. I will be coming back for all of my jewelry repairs.

I had some jewelry I wanted an approximate value of (not an official appraisal) so that I could sell it, and the staff did a great job giving me an idea of what I could get for the pieces resale. They also were very helpful in cleaning the pieces and telling me how I might best present the items for sale. I also had my grandmother’s ring cleaned and it looks beautiful and new after many years of collecting grime. I will definitely be coming back here when I need any new jewelry!

Comment: No job too small! I bought a new watch band (online)and it needed links taken out, they helped me figure out how many to take out and fixed it then and there! The beautiful saleswoman couldnt have been nicer, and chatted with me while they worked on my watch. Their jewelry is gorgeous and they literally do everything there, from cleaning what you have to making a custom piece for you. My watch fits perfectly and the price was very reasonable. Comment: I have used Roccos 3 times now. First was to have my engagement ring sized down. It was my husbands grandmothers ring so its very old and has a TON of sentimental value to us. I was so worried about having it mailed or shipped to be repaired so I was looking local. I found Roccos and that they do in-house repairs. I was so happy with the service and the price. They sized it and had it back to me in no time at all. We also had my husbands wedding band sized there and again great service, great price and very timely. Now I have my wedding ring back there because as I stated before its very old and it wore thin in the back so they are repairing and making the band thicker. I will be picking it up today. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I have. Absolutely Great place!!!
