Comment: I brought in an engagement ring I inherited for repair because I noticed one prong was broken. When I showed Robere, he noticed that more prongs were broken and explained why it would be necessary to replace the head. He even offered to make it 6-prong instead of 4-prong for the same price if I wanted to. Overall, Im extremely happy with how the ring turned out. Robere is very friendly, clearly knowledgable, and offers a fair price. The repair was also super quick and was finished the next day, which I didnt expect. I will definitely be coming back for any of my jewelry needs.

They moved from their original location in La Jolla UTC which was convenient for me since I live in the neighborhood within a mile of their original store. My wedding is this week so about a month ago I started looking at jewelers local to me, strictly out of convenience . I wasnt getting the pricing I wanted and the other jewelers delivery time was not fast enough. I reached out to Roberes new location and paid them a visit. They got both my and my wifes wedding bands completed to PERFECTION at a fraction of the cost of the other jewelers and delivered both in time. Why did I ever think to look elsewhere? I will be going to them for any and everything from here on out! Love these guys and their work. Thank you for your work and continued relationship! Comment: I was looking to get my ring resized before my wedding. I luckily stumbled across them with a quick web search. I called a few others who did not answer and looked like they required an appointment. Huge plus to Robere’s Jewelry was that they actually answered when I called and they took walk ins. This place was legit and they know their stuff. I have never gotten a ring resized and they made me feel very comfortable with the process. Not to mention they offered to have the ring ready in just a couple of days. Upon pick up they were just as friendly as drop off. They even suggested I get my engagement band cleaned before my wedding which was something I was thinking about doing anyways. They were able to clean it for me and my engagement looks brand new again and so sparkly! I highly recommend this place for jewelry resizing, cleaning, and repair!

Comment: I went to Roberes after seeing such great reviews. I was looking for a good local place to get my ears pierced and after Googling it, I found Roberes. Frist of all, the owner, Robere is the nicest and kindest person youll ever meet! He was so friendly, warm, and welcoming as I walked in. I inquired about the pricing for the ear piercing and I thought while I was there, I would inquire about ring resizing for a ring that I bought slightly too large for me. His prices are incredibly affordable! He doesnt jack up his prices like other jewelers do! Robere told me they could resize the ring while I got my ears pierced! This was literally the FASTEST and BEST service I have ever received! Jonathan did my piercing for my second holes and he was to meticulous. He made sure my markings were perfect and that I was happy with them. The piercing was done in an instant with a piercing gun. I had even brought in another pair of earrings for my fist holes, which I was having difficulty getting into my ears and Jonathan very kindly worked his magic to get them on for me! He was so kind, gentle, and professional! By the time my ears were pierced, I only had to wait a couple more minutes for my ring! My ring resizing took less than an hour! Plus, the ring looked gorgeous and fit perfectly! Robere made sure to measure my finger size so, the ring would fit perfectly but was still easy to remove when I wanted to. The finished ring looked even better than when it came in! I have often heard that rings arent as strong when theyve been resized but I honestly, think the ring felt sturdier. Honestly, I cant say enough great things about the customer service and the people there. The price for their work is fantastic and I will be a long time customer! I cant recommend them enough!

I also heard you cannot resize rose gold, well they did and you can’t even tell it’s been resized. Although I didn’t get my engagement ring here I will be back to get my wedding bands made here. Comment: Robere was a huge help in getting the wedding band that I wanted in a very timely manner. Their website has great variety so I was able to select a few that I wanted to try out once I got there. He had the rings I was interested in stock so was able to try them on and pick out the one I wanted. The pricing was straight from the catalogue so no hidden fees. The normal turnaround time is 4 weeks but he was able to expedite it and I got my ring on time for the wedding (my fault for coming in so late and much appreciated that he was able to make it happen). Robere and his family are honest and great to work with. My wife also got her engagement ring fixed here and her wedding band and she was very happy with both. Would definitely suggest Robere for men and women’s wedding bands and women’s engagement rings.

My wife is in love with vintage jewelry. They knew exactly what style and era was the best for her preferences. All sizing was done super fast and the ring looks amazing. I personally have a Stainless Steel ring that no other jeweler would touch. I needed it resized 2 sizes larger. They took the time to explain my options and then exceeded my expectations. He showed me the site information and history and let me know it was worth about $30,000. He could have bought it from me cheaply and I wouldnt have known any better. Refreshing honesty. I didnt even need an appointment...just walked in and he helped me immediately. On top of that they did the appraisal for almost half of what other jewelers wanted to charge.
