Comment: Whew, I do not know where to start. My brother was losing his house in Vallejo I am in Michigan, to foreclosure he had exactly 5 weeks to sell my brothers house. After calling 6-7 attorneys for help who all told me sorry that is not enough time to do what we need to do, I googled the best realtor in Vallejo and Tim Gartons name came up # 1 . He was an Angel sent from God!! There were so many obstacles to overcome and he diligently worked through every one of those obstacles and came up with solutions and there were so many and some very personal. My brother would of lost everything but he ended up coming away with enough money to help start a new beginning Tim was amazing, he went above and beyond, the support he gave my brother and family was unreal! The entire process from start to finish went very smoothly, and Tim went above and beyond by assisting us with referrals and other on-site help to complete pre-sale improvements as well as all the repairs necessary to close the sale. This was particularly helpful as we are remote owners of the property that he sold for us, so He really saved us a LOT of additional work. Just a great guy and easy to work with.

Tim returned calls asap with accurate and well researched answers. He suggested ways to deal with long delays in this buying process this sale. My girlfriend is also ecstatic with Tim for guiding her through. He pointed to many positive sides to several delays that would have tanked the deal .
