I purchased a tractor on a Tuesday, he delivered it Friday and spent over an hour going over the basics of the machine, maintenance points, best operational practices and even some implement pointers. Comment: In an age of online faceless business, Mark is a breath of fresh air. Amid all the questions and inquiries for details on different types of tractors, he was very patient in explaining options and differences for implements as well as tractor size and style options.Pricing was upfront, no dealership games. Comment: I realized last year just how much I wanted a tractor and this year, it was time to hit the buy button. Having driven 18-wheelers years ago and operated big boats for many years, I knew Id be a quick study but theres still a sharp learning curve starting from scratch. My husbands operated big equipment but he also needed a primer on a smaller model.Mark blew us away from the very beginning. He held the tractor for us and came in on his day off to show it to us. What happened then is why you really want to patronize this mans business. There is no BS in him. Hes more an educator than a salesman and that makes him the best of all salespeople.Mark went step-by-step on all of the features the tractor had, how theyd translate to our needs and gave pros and cons on accessories. Not once did he ask whether we were ready to buy, he just continued as though we already had. No pressure, just an open, generous attitude.Ive started, owned and sold businesses since I was 22 and Im closing in on 70, so theres a pretty good chance I recognize an excellent salesperson when I encounter one. Most arent but Mark is. I cant say enough good about how straightforward and knowledgeable he is.My sole complaint is he didnt offer to give me a free bucket truck, but you cant have everything, I guess. Comment: Mark sold my tractor and my classic GMC truck for me. He got me the best price for both and did it in a short period of time, really helpful for my budget.
