Comment: I loved working with Stephan. He was patient, kind and never rushed us to make decision. He showed so much consideration and patience with my son, who is autistic and was struggling with the thought of change. He involved my son in the process by explaining to him in simple ways why this change was good for us and included him in decision making process. He took time to explain everything and answer all my questions in the simplest way possible, since I was a first time buyer. By the end of this experience, my son was excited to move and so was I. We have learnt so much through this journey and we are grateful.

Comment: Stephen is a great realtor! We felt immediately comfortable with him. He was incredibly patient and understanding. He took the time to explain things and was available whenever we needed him. We ran into a few issues, but Stephen was there each step of the way and resolved everything for us. She’s realistic, she cares if you’ll be able to afford the property or not, if it’s practical or not. She’s not just there to sell you a house, she’s there all the way even after the process.
