Comment: My Husband and I have refinanced our house three times since 2018. Each time the appraisal was done with the inspection in 10-15 minutes with no questions asked. Michael from Quantify took the time to ask questions about our upgrades and answer all of our questions regarding the appraisal process. During his inspection Michael pointed out that his paperwork and public records show our house at 1,725 square feet with a 600 square foot garage. He informed us that since we have a two car garage with an additional bedroom instead of the third car garage the information appears to be incorrect. After taking all of his measurements and inputting the information into his computer, Michael confirmed that our house is 1,925 square feet with a 400 square foot garage. We are thinking about selling the house and without his appraisal knowledge we would have reported 1,725 square feet for much less money than it is actually worth. My husband and I are very happy we went with Michael for this appraisal service. We highly recommend his appraisal company.
