Having to be buzzed into a secure door gave me a sence that I was in a safe place. Patrick offered me water or coffee before we started on the evaluation of my rings.The bright yellow jewelry display area is inviting, I could feel the cool of the air conditioning system. The office that Patrick and I met in was bright, clean and comfortable in a modern upscale fashion.Overall, my experience at PMR was excellent! Thank you, Patrick

We couldn’t just take it anywhere. Precious Metals Refinery was highly recommended by several friends and I couldn’t asked for a better experience. The branch manager took his time to examine the ring and measure my finger; where I thought I was a 5.5, with his help we discovered I am a 4.5. PMR’s staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very professional.
