Comment: My CPA recommended Peiffer Appraisals to me. I had an old family house in Loomis that I had inherited many years ago that I sold recently to another family member. I found out from my CPA that I needed an appraisal valuing the property in the past at the date I inherited it, as well as another appraisal value for the value when I sold it. David was able to complete both of these appraisals for me and my family. We were very happy with both appraisals.

Comment: I recently used Peiffer Appraisals to have my house and rental property appraised for tax purposes. David was easy to get ahold of and was able to schedule the inspections for the same week. Both appraisals seemed very reasonable and I was happy with the values. He was easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and sent me the report very quickly. Comment: My wife and I reached out to David with Peiffer Appraisals earlier this month when we sold our house in Rocklin FSBO. We were unsure what our house was worth and did not want to list it too far over or under value. David answered the phone on our first call then scheduled the appraisal appointment for later that same week. We were both impressed by how fast this was all completed. We sold our house successfully and thanks to David’s appraisal we didn’t leave any extra money on the table. We will surely use Peiffer Appraisals in the future when we sell another property.
