Comment: I have been a customer at the Pawn shop of Ventura for about 5 years, and the whole Staff Starting With the Manager Jen and her associate managers, Gabrial and Mario and the sales staff Gonsalo, Tucker, and Alex as well as some part time staff get a big thumbs up from me. The service is always friendly, helpful, and patient, and I consider everyone good friends. I have found the loan rates to be the best anywhere including a grace period if you are running late. I have bought over 20 guitars, 7 amps, effects, etc., and they have all been great deals. Free popcorn on the weekends, good security, and plenty of parking. The staff also is flexible, and can work with price offers. Good prices if you are selling or pawning jewelry, Instruments, Amps, etc. Great used and vintage guitars and amps and effects. Also brass instruments, violins, drums, bicycles,and a great selection of quality jewelry. I highly recommend this store to all. Bruce Mancuso..

Comment: Purchased a diamond heart ring here a few montha back & I still love it. I had great service & the price was great. I go in frequently to see what other pieces of jewelry I just gotta have. They always have an awesome collection and are more than willing to help and show me any piece I am interested in. I highly recommend this place! Will definitely be back! Also got a laptop there and could not be more pleased with it. I have not had 1 problem with it.
