Comment: We had a very expensive wool rug which was damaged from a water leak into the garage. I called OC Rugs and had an appraisal done which really helped with my insurance claim. I also had my rug cleaned and restored. The owner of this company called me on several occasions to update me in regards to the insurance claim and personally spoke to my insurance adjuster to get me the most to help pay for my rug appraisal and restoration. This company picked up and delivered my rug in a timely manner . I am very pleased with the expertise and experience this company offered to me at what was a difficult situation to deal with . I highly recommend OC RUG to anyone who needs an appraisal or repair to their rug . Also recommend making your purchase of a fine rug at this business it is hard to find a business that will be willing to work hard for the consumer. Then he came back with several selections. So I could see it in my home with my furniture- not just in the store. I went in for one rug and ended up buying three bc they looked so great.I am so very happy with the quality and price of new new rugs but most importantly with the great service from Sam and his team.

I had a big coffee spill on two of my precious handwoven Persian rugs, then I rinsed it with water, which is what I found out I shouldnt do, so they had to come immediately to get the rug to prevent damage. They picked it within an hour. So helpful. This is the second time Ive used them for cleaning, I highly recommend!

Comment: When my dog had an accidental bladder leak on my expensive Persian rug, I called OC Rug Store. They came out within an hour to my house, picked the rug up and started washing it that evening! They understood how urgent it was to me to have it washed right away to get the urine out before it did any damage. I felt they genuinely cared for my rug like it was their own. After the rug was washed they called to ask if I would like them to do a color process on old stains to make it look new. I hesitated at first because of the cost but ended up agreeing to it and I’m glad I did because now my rug looks better then it has in years!

Comment: I originally wondered about durability of a rug that I couldn’t throw in the wash with having 3 messy kids and I’m happy to say that I’m so impressed by the ease of cleaning this already. It’s absolutely beautiful, great quality and I can tell it’s going to stay that way. They were helpful in offering a great deal of tips and also offer cleaning services if necessary. Would definitely recommend for even a busy family!

Also the rugs had some stain and needed to be clean.Oc Rug did an outstanding job they repaired and cleaned to perfection. Both of the rugs are perfect now !
