Comment: My two experiences with Nunneley Estates and Appraisals were outstanding. I used them to appraise my art collection for resale. The work was completed in a very professional manner, on time and on budget. And, they referred me to a very reputable source for consignment. I also participated in a pop-up Estate Sale they hosted. The venue was very well managed and I ended up selling many more items than I had anticipated. Both Ashley and Micah are extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to work with. I would use their services again in a heart-beat!

Comment: My experience with Ashley Nunneley was fantastic! She arrived right on time with a big smile, and then the magic happened! She had such knowledge in SO many areas. I had a QUITE a bit of crystal and she knew just what each individual piece was, who made it and how much the item was worth. She appraised my antique dolls, furniture, a carved Hong Kong camphor wood chest, Barbies and accessories, pottery, sculptures, silver plated serving set from the 1800s, Pfaltzgraff platters, china and paintings. She also eyed a watercolor I had laying around in my back patio. It turned out to be an Ethel Spears Watercolor worth upwards of $1,000! She contacted an associate at Clars Auction House in Oakland and they are handling the auctioning of my watercolor! AMAZING!I cant say enough about Ashley and would more than highly recommend the services offered by Nunneley Estates & Appraisals!

Comment: Very professional, organized, safe, and clean, and the items are incredible! If youve ever been to an estate sale, sometimes things do get out of hand and people can become pushy and rude. One person tried escalating an argument, but the professionals who run these sales handled the situation so well and with such respect and professionalism, all that he could do was reply in kind. I will definitely be attending their future estate sales.

Comment: Ashley Nunneley handled the sale for my moms estate. From the first meeting to the final check, Id give her 5 stars for every step along the way. Shes personable, professional, and easy to work with. When a high value item remained after the sale, she worked diligently to help find another venue for us to sell it - and never charged for her time to do that. I shopped around quite a bit and interviewed a number of estate sale companies before I decided on Ashley; it was absolutely the right decision.

Comment: We visited an estate sale at the Campus Commons which was conducted by Nunneley Estates on November 5, 2019. We were very impressed by the way the items were displayed and the reasonable prices. We purchased a beautiful 15 person china set at a good price. Ashley helped us wrap the items so that we could safely take them home. I was not able to do much because of recent arm surgery and Ashley was so helpful. We appreciated what Ashley, her husband, and the other staff were doing. They also helped me to locate an item after the sale which I had considered buying at the estate sale but ended up not purchasing then. She responded to my email very quickly so that I could reconsider my decision. I also think that their website is also very good.

They are very professional, knowledgeable, honest and easy to work with. The coordination of the estate sale from beginning to end was exceptional. Comment: Professional, polite and knowledgeable couple. Extremely well organized in a hectic environment with enough helpers. I had a question about one of my receipts when I got home and they had instant access to their records which gave me the explanation I needed. Very good record keeping. Kept house orderly and clean throughout sale. Respectful of neighbors. They had clear signs around area pointing out where not to park.

Comment: The services provided by Ashely Nunneley and the Nunneley Estates team far exceeded our expectations. As Executor to my mother’s estate, I sought out several estate liquidators and was very disappointed with their initial responses, except for Ashley. From the first moment of contacting Ashley, I was treated as a valued customer with a high degree of professionalism. Ashley’s knowledge and expertise are amazing. When she wasn’t sure about the value of an item she did research or brought in an expert to evaluate it. All I had to do was give her the keys and she and her team did all the work of setting up and conducting a VERY Successful sale. Ashley and her partner/spouse Micah, have an in-depth knowledge of the estate sale industry from many years of experience. They know who to market to and how to market for their customer. Their years in this business have provided them with a plethora of buyers who follow their sales. Ashley and her team make sure they understand what their buyers are looking for and get them to the sale to benefit both the seller and the buyers. I consider them to be at the top in their field and give them the 5 stars they richly deserve. I highly recommend them!
