She hit the Goldilocks spot of refraining from talking nonstop, overwhelming us with too much information. Nor did she say too little, relying on us to know the right questions to ask. She should write a beginner’s guide for sellers! A rather unnerving prospect and its proven difficult to get agents to provide you with a good virtual tour. Not the case with Nicole! She made sure I had what I needed and made sure to push when timing was a factor in getting a better offer than others (but she never made me feel out of control or overwhelmed). Comment: My husband and I love Nicole! She sold and bought for us in Hermosa Beach. In terms of selling, she is very proactive about creating a market when there seems to be none. While other properties were moving slowly, she generated excitement for our condo that we got four bids with two above asking within 10 days of listing. She consults with many professionals to package the property correctly. Then in terms of buying, HB is finicky as some houses are hot while others stay in the market forever. We saw a house we wanted and everyone else wanted - it just had one weekend showing and already set a deadline on Monday evening. We bid and were selected despite the fact that we were outbid by three over asking all cash offers. Nicole helped that happen... she is so professional and always on top of it. Comment: Where do I start to sing Nicoles praises?! My husband, Eric, and I began our Playa Vista home search from knowledge learned on HGTV and Zillow. We thought we could navigate real estate on our own. When we met Nicole on a whim attending one of her open houses, we immediately meshed and inquired about Nicoles services shortly thereafter. Wed met with plenty of other real estate agents, but none made us feel like a team like Nicole did. People say they care, but Nicole showed it. Nicole guided us through the process every step of the way, helped prepare our unit for sale (including arranging for and overseeing repairs and re-painting), prepared very professional and beautiful photos and marketing materials (even a drone video tour!), handled all of the paperwork and requirements and all communications with the buyer, escrow company and even the buyers lender to ensure a smooth escrow and closing process. We moved out of state just before putting our unit on the market, and Nicole took care of everything in our absence. It was absolutely painless for us. Nicole secured competing offers, and we were in escrow just 8 days after listing, with a great buyer. We could not be happier!After moving to Oregon, I hired Nicole to sell my mothers house in West Los Angeles, CA. Nicole is amazing. Comment: We had the best experience with Nicole! She helped us navigate some really interesting encounters with sellers when we were purchasing our home in 2020. We beat out multiple buyers, while on a budget. We are confident that if we had gone with another Realtor, we would have not had our offer accepted. We had a quick escrow (unheard of during the pandemic AND 3 days before Christmas) because she made everything to simple and accessible for our lender. Comment: I was a first time home buyer and my budget was on the smaller side, so in my search for a new realtor, I was worried about finding someone who would work hard for a smaller sale.  But Nicole was amazing to work with and made me feel like I was her top priority…  She’s smart, personable, friendly, and responsive… even when I would text her at 10 pm or 7 am, she would get back to me right away.  She impressed me right from the beginning with her creative methods to finding the home I wanted.  When we found a condo I wasn’t crazy about in a development I loved, she came up with the idea of approaching the owners of other condos in the complex to see if they were interested in selling.  I loved that kind of “out of the box” thinking and her go-getter attitude.  From past experiences in searching for a home I’ve learned how important it is to choose your realtor carefully… they can make or break the sale.  Nicole is a strong partner to have on your side and I’m grateful I found her… she helped me find the perfect place in record time… helped walk me through the negotiations and even got me some money back from the sellers during escrow.  I enjoyed working with her and love my new house.  Highly recommend her!

Comment: Nicole was so great from start to finish (and even now-afterwards-she answers my questions). I was very anxious about renting my home and she took me through the process at the pace I wanted. She made it very easy by securing a photographer and creating an amazing video of my property. She arranged and managed all of the showings and I didn’t have to lift a finger. Within 5 days of listing, my house was rented for 18 months at full asking price! Oh, and did I mention that she did this ALL while 8.5 months pregnant? Super rockstar ⭐️

Comment: We cant say enough good things about Nicole! We started looking for agents in January 2022. We reached out to her based on the other reviews we had read, saying that she goes above and beyond to help her clients. We interviewed several other agents, but she was the only one who gave us a positive outlook on todays market. Other agents told us to set our sights lower. Nicole was realistic about the challenges, but was optimistic that we could find what we were looking for in one of our South Bay dream areas. The way things are today, you really need that optimism to keep you going! Nicole is great at explaining the house hunt and home buying process (first time buyers here!). We were especially thankful for her expertise during our escrow. She walked us through all our questions during the paperwork and helped us feel confident that we were understanding every step. We had a 20 day escrow, and it was so helpful having Nicoles connections to inspectors who had a quick turn around and were reliable. Being able to make the quick escrow happen set us apart from other offers. We closed on our house beginning of March 2022. We highly recommend Nicole, especially in this competitive market!
