Comment: Amazing service! I called the day before my 20 year anniversary looking for an Alexandrite! Nerces went out of his way at the last minute and was able to find three of them for me to check out the very next day! I went in, picked one out and his mom was quick to gift wrap it for me! My wife has always wanted one and was completely surprised and extremely happy!! Thanks to the entire Nerces team for helping me make this a memorable 20th anniversary!!!! I will definitely be back for the 20! Lol

Comment: Beautiful jewelery at this place. They are so friendly and helpful without any pressure to purchase. I have stopped in the store just to look and always find something I love. I was looking for a jewler that sold very nice quality jewelery and I definitely found it here. If you cant find something you love, they will help you design a custom piece. I have purchased some jewlery from Angie and Nerces and really love thier family friendly atmosphere at their store. I will definitely be back in the future!

Comment: Nerces was kind enough to fix my broken necklace even though I had not bought it from them. I was so sad when I noticed my gold necklace chain had broken and my family had bought from Nerces before so we decided to take my necklace to them. They repaired it well and now it looks brand new. I truly appreciate their kindness for mending my necklace.

Comment: My fiance and I both went in at seperate times, seperate days. The younger members of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The older staff (woman and man) were very discourtious and had very little interest in helping. To the point of being rude. I was pretty taken back.Maybe we caught them on bad days, everybody has them time to time. Needless to say but we did not buy our rings there, despite the professional attitude of the younger staff.
