They were an answer to our prayers as we were looking for a realtor to sell our house. They offered us a loan to fix up our house to get it ready to sell with a separate LLC Company they have for this very purpose. We sold it for our high asking price in 1 week! They saw the value and potential in our house and property when others told us our asking price was too high and unrealistic. They also staged it for us for free since they knew we were struggling. We sold the house for probably $200k more than we would have been able to, had we not had the $ to fix it up, repaint, replace the carpets, etc. I also liked that they insisted on a home inspection prior to selling, because all the must-do things got fixed ahead of time, and there were no last minute surprises. This also gave potential buyers the peace of mind of knowing that the house was in ready to buy, condition. They understood our situation when looking for a buyer, and helped us make the best decision for our joint family owned property which would be best for all next door and nearby relatives as well. These realtors were a Godsend and we are so appreciative of their help. They also lowered their commission price to help us as per the specified contract.
