Comment: I had an issue with the rear media not working on my 2023 Suburban. A different Chevrolet dealership told me the day before that the problem was a module. They were unable to repair due to the module being on backorder and they were not sure when the module.would be available. I have a Christmas road trip coming up with my grandsons who totally enjoy the rear media system. I was very disappointed that the dealership was not able to resolve my problem.I took my Suburban to Mountain View Chevrolet for a second opinion. Jonathan Pena was the service advisor that assisted me. He had his technician reset the system, including all modules. His diagnosis was that the problem was with Onstar, not my Suburban. JONATHAN PENA WAS CORRECT IN HIS DIAGNOSIS. I contacted Onstar as suggested by Jonathan and had the problem resolved by the end of the day. THANK YOU JONATHAN!

So I decided to go to Mountain View the 3rd time my car had problems. As soon as I drove up. I mean like within seconds Matt Baker came out and greeted me. He checked the engine codes and had me on my way with a quote and plan in no time. Of course these things never go as planned but Matt made sure he kept me updated and I had a rental car. He promised they’d figure it out and they indeed did. I was very impressed with the time and effort Matt took into making sure I received my car back quick and done right. My car is now running as good as the day I bought it!

I had been driving with the malfunction light on for awhile now, and had fixed what I could to no avail. Was told i would probably need a catalytic convertor $1,900.00, so i had to get the 2 year waiver from the state because it wouldnt pass the smog, and I didnt have $1900.00. I emphasized the importance of needing ti work over the phone for most of the dealings because of my schedule and Victor was more than accommodating. Prior to Mountain abide, I had been working with multiple other dealerships and didn’t feel like I was being heard or that my business was respected. Victor was the first salesman that made me feel like a respected customer. In addition to Victor’s outstanding service, Courtney stepped in to help close the deal and was able to get me a great deal and was very helpful in explaining terms. Together, they help e make the closing of the deal smooth and effortless. By the time my husband and I arrived, the paperwork was ready to sign and the vehicle as ready to check out and drive off the lot. Overall, this was as one of the best experiences that I ever had at a dealership. Comment: When I first arrived to this location for work on my car I had a check engine light that had been on for 3 years! Yes 3 years! Every mechanic I went to said it was just my gas cap and charged an arm and a leg for repairs and still had the check engine light on. After leaving my car with the dealership for about a week my car ran better than it did in the 3 years I had it and the check engine light was now no longer on! They gave me a loner car while my car was in for repairs which definitely made me consider purchasing whatever car I was driving, side note the car was immaculate. Anywho, I live pretty far from the dealership so I go to a local shop for oil changes and my car started to act up again without any explanation. I asked the local mechanic about why it started to act up when it was running perfectly before I came in. He treated me poorly and said that it was already messed up when I brought the car in, so I returned to this dealership to explain what was wrong. Turns out I was bamboozled, taken for a spin at my local shop! Not only did the dealership repair my car again but also explained exactly what they fixed, why they needed to fix it, popped the hood to show me what was fixed, and gave me suggestions of what work I should do next when the funds were available. We had a lot of request when it came go finding the right truck. Hanny listened and understood all of our concerns. I can honestly say that Hanny helped us out tremendously and I regret not going to see him sooner. Comment: Let me start by saying I normally dont do reviews, but based on my recent Truck buying experience at Mountain View, l just had to share.I had been searching online for mos shopping for a nice used truck at an affordable price. I came across a nice truck in there inventory. I emailed them.. And their internet Mgr Victoria Bravo responded back in a timely fashion. She was very cordial and addressed all my concerns.. We did most of the dealing negotiating and comparing numbers thru Emails and a couple calls. She never pressured me or came on to strong. We went over some numbers that I was good way. I decided to meet with them to inspect and test drive the vehicle. I let her was coming from a 100 miles away. When l arrived l was greeted nicely by every one there. The truck was out and ready to go over.. I inspect and test drove. Which all went well. We went over the numbers again and she found more ways to help me save Asa much as she cud. m.. And when she cud go no lower on the numbers. She said she would speak with her boss. The GM Tony. He was a nice soft spoken gentalman . He assured l was getting a great deal (which l knew l was) but still dropped off another $500... The financing was easy. I got a great %rate... I Was in and out of there in 2 ½ hours. All in all.. I save a few thousand.. But Most of all.. Victoria, Tony and the staff at Mountain View.. made my Truck buying experience one of the most easiest and simplest ever..! I would recommend them to all those looking to buy a new or used vehicle.. Weather you buy or not, Give them a visit.!Thanks Mountain View. 😊

Comment: Great experience, my car was serviced in 2 hrs (no appointment) and problem solved. I dont care if I have to drive 10 extra minutes to get my cars serviced here. Great job! Ed Johnson (advisor) was super friendly and professional, was great to meet the tech who was servicing my car and provided a full report on whats was done on my car

Comment: Jeff Sanchez, Internet Manager, was very helpful. I told him I wanted to come by and drive a Chevy Traverse to see if I liked driving it as much as I liked the look of it. He took me out on a test-drive and I really liked the car. I told him what items I wanted on my car and he worked hard to find me my Black Traverse. I had an evening Girl Scout Awards event so we had to go to the Dealership after it was finished. I think we got there about 8:30 pm. Jeff got us the car we wanted and the accessories that were requested. He stayed well after his official work hours to help us close the deal and drive the car home. Additionally, Jeff had me come back the next day to show me how everything works on my new Traverse. Jeff went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service! Mountain View Chevrolet is lucky to have Jeff Sanchez as an employee! Thank you for making this car purchasing experience painless. This was actually the easiest car we have purchased or leased in the last 15 years. Thank you!

Brought a new 2016 Chevy Cruze limited LT. what had me sold on the car was the 24000 miles it had and the low MSRP.I was greeted by Rick Clements who assisted my every needs but also kept a friendly conversation. Comment: Allow me to explain the wonderful transaction I had with this dealership!!I had been scouring the internet for a very specific model Jeep Grand Cherokee for a little over a month until finally finding the model with the options I wanted in Mountain Chevys pre-owned inventory online. I filled out the online form showing interest on a Saturday afternoon. I got an auto prompt that someone would reach out first thing Monday morning. Come Monday morning I receive an email from Jose Cruz-Arroyo. I tell him I want the Jeep, he overnights paperwork which I get Tuesday morning. I sign everything I need to sign and returned it in the enclosed pre-paid envelope which he receives on Wednesday morning. The first time we actually spoke live on the phone was Thursday at which point hes calling to tell me that my Jeep will be picked up by Transport on Friday. (oh yeah, did I mention I live in Texas?) He confirmed Friday by text that it was in fact picked up, and come Tuesday morning my new to me Jeep is sitting in my driveway. 1 week. Simply amazing. Thanks again Jose for making the entire process WAY too easy!! If anyone is intimidated by being far away from this place, dont let that stop you from buying the vehicle you want! Joses got this process down to an art form!
