He did an amazing, quick turn around, and great detail and photos..10 months later I was ready to put the condo up for sale. I contacted Michael again for his expertise. The cleaning, staging, and pictures were AMAZING. I was SO impressed. 4 days later we had 5 solid offers. The condo closed 17 days later.The communication with Michael and his team was perfect. Comment: Absolutely painless! As the trustee of my fathers estate, I needed to determine what the value of his home was when he passed away--10 years ago! Comment: With our renters lease expiring in June, my wife and I decided earlier in the year that we would sell our rental condo in the summer. We were also looking to purchase a new investment property with the proceeds. We needed an experienced realtor to guide us through the rapidly changing sellers market. Mike Willis was the perfect agent for the job. From the very beginning Mike answered all my tough questions and laid out a plan to get our condo on the market quickly. We ended up fielding several offers after our first week on the market and eventually accepted one. My husband and I are first time home buyers, expecting our first baby, and are working full time (medical and construction). Juggling everything during COVID was NOT an easy feat. The market during this time was surprisingly competitive, decisions had to be made quickly and lots of properties became unavailable within days of showing up on Zillow. I had immense amounts of anxiety during this whole process, but Michael made it SO EASY.Michael is very knowledgeable, compassionate and patient. He really takes the time to understand his clients and their needs. My husband and I really appreciated all the time he took to address all of our questions as well as anticipate a lot of questions we wouldn’t have thought to ask. No question was ever too silly to ask. I especially appreciated that he was willing to be so flexible with our crazy schedules, without ever making us feel like he was in a rush to be anywhere else. He was very respectful of our budget and mindful of all of the things we had on our checklist. We received Micheal info as a referral, and from the first introductory phone call, we knew we had found a special realtor. He made us feel at ease and well-taken care of. Comment: Michael was our selling agent and I found him to be super caring, authentic and thoughtful in how he went about the transaction. He provides honest feedback without being overly opinionated, which is a huge plus. He was methodical in determining the right price to list the home, in order to get in under specific filters. He talked us through the numbers to ensure we were agreeable and ultimately set the right strategy as our selling expectations were definitely exceeded. Michael was thorough in the time he spent with us reviewing and explaining documents that needed to be signed and he was in constant communication either via text, phone, or email. When it came time to review offers, he had already done his homework, had vetted the lenders, had spoken with the various buying agents, etc.In addition, the house we purchased was via a private sale and with the use of attorneys rather than realtors. Michael has a vast network and was key in helping introduce us to the real estate attorney, mortgage lenders, home inspectors, pest inspectors, etc. Even though he was not involved in our buying transaction (only the selling), he was gracious in helping us through a few questions and stumbling blocks we ran into on our purchase, which he didnt need to do, but its in his nature for being such a good guy!I will definitely be recommending Michael as a realtor to my friends/ acquaintances in the area that are looking to buy or sell a home! Comment: The housing market in the Bay Area has been so hot. Too much competition in every angle. Mike was recommended to me by a very close friend. Im glad I worked with Mike! I was working with another agent prior to meeting Mike and the difference in their efforts were like night and day.
