I knew what car I wanted and yet Lance took his time to explain all the features, drove me around for a test drive before I test drove the car, and navigated me through the financing part wonderfully. Both him and my financial rep.-I forget his name- were super helpful. Lance even dropped the car at my front door so that I didn’t have to wait while they detailed the car. Great experience overall and highly recommend.

They worked me in to get the tires replaced. They provided Uber rides home and back to the dealer to pick up my car. I got excellent service. They even washed my car!!

Comment: The five star rating is for Efrain Vasquez only, from when he stepped in to assist after no one even acknowledged my presence at the dealership when I had an appointment, and arrived almost 15 minutes early. In addition to being very early, I waited for 33 minutes from my appointment time before I asked the service counter if my service advisor was ever going to come speak with me. I found out only at that time that the advisor had called in sick. After 10 more minutes passed, Efrain picked up my service card and helped me.From that point out, my experience was a good one and he got my car ready at the time he promised it would be. Except for him helping out, my review would have stayed at a 1 star. If I ever need service again, it will not be an easy decision to simply return to this dealership because of this past experience.
