Comment: I have my car serviced here a couple times per year. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is comfortable (except the AC was cranked this last time I was there and it was very cold). There’s complimentary coffee drinks and doughnuts. The waiting area is comfortable. There’s a counter area with plugs so you can bring your laptop and work while you wait. They’re great at texting to let you know if there is a development during the service. All-in-all, I like the atmosphere and the service.

We stopped in because our van was making a new/strange noise and we were concerned about driving over the pass. Without any delay, he hopped in and did a test drive with me to diagnose it, then sent me on my way once we determined that it was ok to drive.This is a level of service that Im simply not accustomed to Typically, I would have had to wait hours, or schedule an appt a week or month later. Comment: Completed work on time as promisedThe service staff at MB of Rocklin was fantastic. They did everything they could to resolve the issue.MBUSA was a bureaucratic nightmare. It took about 8 weeks to get a response after I called “customer service”. Manuel called me to tell me too bad, Mercedes would not stand behind their product. He was not truthful with me, twisting the words that the service manager at MB Rocklin had told him. Manuel said he “talked to” the service manager and was told that there was no evidence of a defect with the shattered roof glass. The service manager had told him that there was no way to tell if it was defective and he did not “talk to” Manuel…it was e-mail communication. Manuel also said there were no other similar situations, but this is the second time for me and there is the minor issue of a class action suit against Mercedes for the very same issue.I also did not have use of my car for that entire time. I do not appreciate being lied to by Manuel. Looking outside of the Bay Area we were fortunate to find the car we wanted an hour and a half away in Rocklin Ca. Made an early morning call to the dealership and Kris answered on the second ring. He said the car we were looking for was available so we made the trip. When we arrived the car was parked in front of the dealership and we were approached by Kris. Even tho we had already demonstrated the car at another dealership, he asked us to drive this car to make sure it was right car for us. We loved the car and agreed to buy. Even with trading in our car, the entire selling process went perfect, absolutely no issues at all including the finance department and the individual that went over the details of the car with us prior to heading home. A funny note…after the long drive to Rocklin my wife mentioned that she was getting hungry. Wouldn’t you know it but upon hearing that Kris opened his desk drawers and brought out a plates of cheese, salami, nuts and Russian candy. This guy Kris is smooth. And take it from me that is a lot of information to recall. Fadi is very knowledgeable individual. After all of the test drives, we found and chose a GLC 300 off of the showroom floor. Our situation was a little different, as the trade in we had was back in our hometown getting serviced. No problem, Peter made buying the new Mercedes’ GLC 300 the most comfortable experience. He actually got my wife to smile and help her to relax which automatically made me happy. Once the buying process started it only took 2 hours from start to finish and then we were on our to vacation.The sales staff was incredible and the buying experience was like no other, that we’ve experienced. His simply guided me through the process with his extensive knowledge of the vehicle, the manufacturer and the level service every customer should expect at this Mercedes-Benz dealership. The showroom is full if enviable S500, the G-wagon (G-class).The finance process with Ryan Ross was easy. Noticed on the way home what seemed like the tires needing balancing when driving 70 to 75mph. Back in Elk Grove we mainly used surface streets so never got the suv up to freeway speeds. Few weeks go by and we had a trip planned to SF. While on the way to and from, oh yeah, there goes that steering wheel shake again. Apparently, we forgot all about it until the trip.Took the car to our local Les Schwab to get it balanced as soon as we get back from San Francisco. Les Schwab says the inside the tires were so worn that they wont unmount them and balance them due to safety protocols. Basically, they are shot and I need new tires asap. I called the Rocklin Von Housen store to ask how they could sell a car with beat tires. Justin ends up calling me back. They are going to make it right. Its been 6 weeks since purchasing and they took care it. Yes, somehow my car was overlooked when inspecting the tires before resale but its how the company responds after is whats most important.I just cant say enough about this place and how they took care of us during the inital purchase (which was great, our sales rep was Mark Cornell) but also weeks after. Comment: My last 6 cars I had purchased all at the same dealership but this time reluctantly I went outside my box and ended up at this dealership. I was impressed from the moment I stepped on the lot. We were greeted by Ron Phillips who was a pleasure to work with and very personable and able to answer all questions about the cars I test drove. Once we decided to see if we could work a deal we met with Art Rose and he too was fantastic. Easy to talk to and great conversations. He made the numbers work for us with some back and forth. Then it came to all the fun paperwork with Ryan and once again another great interaction and conversations. Overall this dealership has great presentation and fabulous employees. I’m very pleased with my decision to go outside from what I had been comfortable with for so many years. We found a new car family and I will drive the hour and a half to have the car serviced here as well. Thanks to everyone involved.

Comment: We bought my husbands dream car through this dealership yesterday - a Nissan 370z. I felt really out of place walking in, as we certainly cant afford the Mercedes Benz brand.... but let me tell you, that feeling went away quickly after meeting with Tom, our sales contact. The process was one of the most easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. I was prepared to negotiate, and be ready for what the typical dealership throws your way.... and I waited.... and waited. I thought, my god, this is too easy. But it was simple. Transparent. And unlike any other experience Ive ever had. And Tom was the classiest, kindest, friendliest sales person Ive ever crossed paths with. Next, we went into finance to finalize everything. Andrew in finance mirrored Toms classiness and friendliness. There was not a single feeling of stress, nothing pushed on us, etc. We were treated like a couple that walked in with a million dollars to spend. Hands down, BEST dealership and BEST team of people to do business with. And we LOVE our almost brand new car (400 miles on it!!!!) Thank you Mercedes Benz of Rocklin - you guys are a class act!!! I will refer anyone and everyone to you!
