There was a bit of a wait but for each team member that passed, they asked if I had been helped, offered water and such.Jason introduced himself and a gentleman named TJ. TJ and I test drove the car and he was thorough and knowledgeable on the features of the car and very personable.There were no pressure sales or back and fourth. I expressed early on my desired payment and Edwin helped meet that goal.All in all I felt like they cared and wanted me to be happy. Yes, this was a transaction and at the end of the day selling the car was the desired end goal, but it didnt feel that way.What a seamless experience!Thank you, MB of El Dorado, TJ, Edwin, et all.I rated four stars because nothing is perfect. Comment: I drove all the way from Sacramento because I didnt like the service I received at other dealers. It was worth the drive.. customer service here is amazing! Matt was my service provider and he was polite and attentive. I was given a loaner car so I didnt have to worry about transportation while my car was getting serviced. I went in for a Check engine light and smog check. I was worried that I would come out of pocket thousands of dollars. Matt was able to see the issue with my car was covered under extended warranty. Huge relief! I was able to get my car serviced and smogged for under $100.I feel in love with my loaner car 2023 GLC. Thinking of upgrading :)In addition, the lobby was clean and welcoming with complimentary donuts, coffee, sodas and water which is a nice touch. Also, I am a mother to a newborn baby and while picking up my car I needed to change him. I walked into the bathroom and noticed there wasnt a changing table. So, I asked an employee if there was another bathroom with a changing table. He said unfortunately there wasnt but there should be one. He then let me use a private office to change my baby. Very courteous staff. Recommend bringing your vehicle here 100%!

Comment: Service is very friendly, prices are high, free coffee and bagels. Some people would think a Mercedes is a special car and it is. Built to last and no corner cutting by the factory. However, there is no reason to charge almost $300 for a Schedule A service, which is basically just an oil change. I can get that done almost any where for $50 or so. Im not going to pay for Von Housens show room expansion. He makes enough money for that with selling his vehicles. Service should be just that and not a revenue stream for funding your sales... Thats why I just bought a Buick Encore from Folsom GMC/Buick instead of a Mercedes crossover SUV like a GLC 300...

The In the service department, Dani went above and beyond he listened and pay attention to detail as I mention a few dents and scratches on the bumper. The needs were met and beautifully detailed and taken care of right away! Amazing I give gratitude. This is such a wonderful place they take great care of their customers not because I bought a Mercedes, but it was the service outstanding, they will go above and beyond. Comment: I paid 105k for a ‘21 GLE 580 in Nov ‘21. It’s been towed to the dealer twice for the 48 volt battery problem. Then back again for a massive misfire where the whole car shakes as well as a loud suspension squeak. I was assured the misfire was fixed and the parts for the suspension problem were on order. Shortly after the last “fix” I drove to Idaho and now the misfire is back again and I’m now without a vehicle to drive back. Nice car and the service team team has tried to be accommodating but owning a Mercedes this last year has been very disappointing. I really hope that the dealership team will make this right.

Then MB roadside assistance was so bad, I considered leaving the brand forever. 2 brand new Mercedes - both my wife and I drive Mercedes SUV’s - and the roadside assistance took over 8 hours to get my SUV. Long story short, I was done.But then MB of Stockton called. They were amazing. Like MB of EDH, my local dealer, Stockton was kind, capable and always communicating with me about my vehicle. Michael, the service rep, was nothing short of extraordinary. I had to rent a car to drive the key to Stockton - Michael arranged for a tech to pick me up at the rental car place - which was 20 min or so from the dealer - just to help an out of town Mercedes client.Michael and MB of Sacramento found the software issued, fixed it immediately (despite my not having an appointment and they were super busy) and got my suv back to me quickly. He even had it washed.I am spoiled by Daniel Clark at Mercedes in EDH. He treats my wife and I like we are family. But Michael in Stockton showed us that Mercedes’ customer service at their dealers is a culture. Both men are intelligent, diligent and caring.Thank you, Michael. You made a horrible break down - while I was out of town - tolerable. I confess Mercedes has to find a new company for roadside assistance. The company they have now is literally incompetent. That was glaringly clear when I needed roadside assistant in Stockton on a Sunday at 4pm. But once my car was in Michael and MB of Stockton’s hands, we were treated so well and the service so good I remain a fan of the brand. Service matters. And Michael in Stockton and Daniel Clark in EDH provide service that is second to none. If you need service, call and ask for either man, Michael in Stockton and Daniel in EDH, and you will be in the hands of the best.Pro tip - we have AAA and I will use AAA next time if we need roadside assistance. When I have used AAA in the past for my 911, they provided professional roadside assistance. The kind I expected from MB, especially when you have been treated so well for so long by Daniel at MB of EDH. Heck even our sales representative Thomas Lee, from whom I bought two (2) 2021 MB SUVs, was amazing. So MB hires well! But the roadside service was so bad I literally considered selling both vehicles and leaving the brand.But Michael and MB of Stockton reminded me that Mercedes makes amazing vehicles and provides top level customer service. Thank you Michael. You made this terrible situation great. Because you cared. Went above and beyond, even for a client who lives out of town. That is a classy, valuable employee. And a gentleman. Took time to find the best rate and explain all the options. Definitely a first class dealer. Would recommend it highly. Comment: Service is always the best! Don is always great to work with and goes above and beyond to get things done right and in a timely matter. Scotty is always pleasant and he also goes above and beyond. Upon pick up of my vehicle, he changed a burnt out light on the spot for me and it was not a super easy fix. I highly recommend EDH Mercedes for service or repairs.

Comment: This was a great car-buying experience. I purchased a new car for my wife for her birthday and our wedding anniversary. Two days later, she decided the car just wasnt her, and she wanted her old car back. I immediately went back to the dealership to see what our options were, knowing this would cost me an arm and a leg to reverse the purchase. However, to my amazement, Patrick (Sales Manager) and his team (Paul & Shane) went to work to save my butt and make my wife happy. In short, they found the car she wanted and had it shipped to the dealership the very next day and didnt charge me a penny for reversing the deal.I couldnt of imagined a better outcome.

Comment: Easy to make an appointment via the phone (the on-line service was not working). They took me at my desired time the following morning. Greeted promptly upon arrival. Daniel Clark is always a pleasure to work with, and he had me setup up right away. Had a cup of coffee at the dealership, then walked a short distance to an outstanding breakfast. Upon return, my car was ready as promised. Quick and easy...out the door.

Comment: My experience with the El Dorado Hills service dept. has been good. Dan in that department has always been forthright and courteous. I have never felt they have taken advantage. I have an older Mercedes and can not say the same with regards to other repair shops that I have dealt with previously. I would definitely recommend Mercedes, El Dorado Hills, Service Department.
