Comment: After speaking with a few appraisers, selecting Matthew Belanger do our appraisal was an easy decision. Matthew was responsive, flexible, and when I mentioned the appraisal was for trust valuation purposes, he described the process to me in a helpful manner. He was able to schedule the appraisal promptly, and he provided the report promptly, confirming with me every step of the way. His pricing was better than other appraisers who did not inspire the confidence I had in Matthew. If I have future appraisal needs, Matthew will be my preferred appraiser.

His use of current appraisal software and technology was a welcome change to the old methods and resulted in a much quicker and efficient walk-through of the property. Any time I needed to talk to him or ask him any questions, I didn’t feel like he was trying to rush me off the phone and he made me feel that all questions were valid and that I wasn’t asking any silly questions, since this was my first time going through this process. Matt explained everything to me and shared his knowledge about the appraisal process. By just speaking with him, you can tell he is very passionate about what he does and it shows.
