For ongoing improvement you might consider providing a written statement for deposits clarifying what commitment the dealership makes. Also for other customers driving a long way home in a new electric car, good to now understand the Google maps display feature includes Tesla dealerships that wont accept GM cars. Also the OnStar signup was misleading about the ongoing payment until you cancel but not under your control.

I gave Martin Cheverolet another chance because I was able to get a service appointment with Mario. Mario explained the issues with my car in detail, called me with updates, and just showed he cared about his customers. I hope he see’s this review and knows he is doing a great job.

He listened to what our family was looking for and checked the status of the vehicle we were looking for. He was very friendly and helpful. The particular vehicle we were interested in was not yet available and had to go through inspections before they could have it ready for us to look at. We returned last night, got to see the vehicle and test drove it. It was in great condition and was everything we were looking for for our family. I list them here, hope itll help other buyers with their decisions:- [Very good] Negotiation was quick, buying time was very quick, I was there for only 1.5h to take the car home - Kudos!- [Bad] My electric car model is 2022, they accidentally put in the 2018 cable (price diff is around $500). Super weird, it is very hard to do that because the cable came with the car, someone must have swapped, hard to imagine that its unintentional.- [OK] They did not put on mark-up (like other price gouching dealers), but they do add a few other insurances, services. Not too many for my case, so its ok.- [OK] My dealer is S, and the finance manager is R. Generally staffs were OK, S was very nice except for the suspicious cable swap.

Comment: This is where I purchased my truck, which after driving for over a month can say that I truly enjoy this truck and all its features. Today, however, I was in the service department to get my truck coated with PermaPlate which I thought had already done but thats besides the point. As you can see the truck is smooth and shiny. The service check in was very quick and although I was out of there 35 minutes later than expected. Overall it was a good experience. Hung out at a local diner which was recommend by the guy that helped me. Then waited the last 40 minutes in the plush seating they have in their clean waiting lobby.
