Comment: I recently purchased an upgrade on a wedding band and also had a ring fixed at LuRo Jewelers. The quality of the band, the level of service and the expertise was impressive. Diego took the time to explain all the options and made excellent recommendations. There wasnt any pressure to buy or to pay more at all. I really like how Diego wanted to make sure that I was getting what I wanted and would make me happy. I am so pleased to find a local jewelry shop which is invested in its customers.I had considered going to a large brand name jewelry store in Vacaville, Sacramento or Roseville but I prefer to support small local businesses. My experience at LuRo Jewelers confirmed that I had made the right decision.

Comment: I came in looking for a particular style of rose gold earrings. Jose, one of the owners, came out and helped right away. They didn’t have exactly what I was looking for, so Jose asked me to show him some pictures. He took a look and said he could make them himself! I came back less than a week later and the earrings were perfect. I’ve been wearing them everyday since. The service and attention to detail were phenomenal. I would highly recommend Lu’ro to anyone!

Comment: Needed a local place to take my watches and jewelry. LuRo jewelers was the perfect place. Diego and Jose were extremely helpful and took the time to explain the process for the work I needed. Watch battery replacement are done quickly while you wait, other more involved repairs take a bit longer but are still done relatively fast. Best part is they do the work in house themselves so you dont have to worry about your jewelry being shipped out.

Comment: My brother got his engagement and wedding rings made here and I was really impressed with the service and pieces they created. I chose have my own wedding ring/engagement ring upgraded and Diego was very accommodating to get it done in the timeframe that I needed as well as with extra bits I wanted done(appraisal, soldering together, prongs redone). He really went the extra mile to make sure that I had some stunning rubies and I appreciated his patience! Both Diego and Jose are very friendly and professional and I cant recommend them enough.

After explaining my situation to Jose, he was able to help me pick out the perfect gift.I purchased a set of White Gold Amethyst earrings. Price is affordable, customer service is great, and they have a good variety of Jewelry.(P.S. This is my second time buying jewelry from this place. )I definitely recommend anyone looking for a special gift for that someone to come take a look here first.

Comment: I believe these are brothers. One was an absolute gem, the other... notsomuch. Met the former when dropping a ring to be sized and one to be reinforced. He showed me how we could kill two birds with one stone and save money. Came to pick up and the latter was snooty and curt. He seemed annoyed by my presence. It was weird to have such drastically different experiences. The work done (I’m guessing by the former as he wore an apron) was awesome.

They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and are gifted jewelers. I have taken no less than 10 watches to be sized here. I have never had an issue with any of them. They are fast, efficient and affordable. I also had a couple of diamond items put on consignment by them which sold and I was taken care of in an extremely professional and fair manner. Comment: Beyond impressed with Lu’ro! I had a very small ring that I needed engraved and after taking it to countless jewelers who told me it was too small to engrave, I almost gave up. I decided to make the 30min drive out to Lu’ro after reading so many of the good reviews on Google. Not only were they ableto engrave the ring, but they were able to get it done within a very short deadline (right around Mother’s Day too!). If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you, Lu’ro!!

Comment: Last year my grandfather was in hospice and one afternoon we were going through some things and he handed me a gold ring that was broken in half. He had told me he had it from before the war, I think his mother had given it to him at his graduation in 1930-something . Somewhere along the way he broken his finger and it had to be cut off. I took the ring to Jose and Diego and they were able to restore in just a day for two so I could give it back to him quickly. It was a beautiful repair and it put huge smile on his face to slip that thing back on his finger for the first time in 30 years. Jose and Diego are the best in town. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else! Ill be an customer of theirs for life.

Comment: I am new in town and was hesitant in searching for a new jeweler. My wedding ring set has tiny diamonds in that keep falling out and it is so expensive to have it repaired. I went in expecting to pay through the nose. Jose was completely honest with me and fixed the diamond at a very reasonable price.
