Comment: I was not expecting such a great experience, as I headed out to shop for an engagement ring. I am not one to get excited about jewelry, but darn, I really enjoyed going to this jewelry store. Armando and Robin are a pleasure. They made my engagement ring shopping experience smooth. They are genuine and personable. They made, what I expected to be a bit daunting, an enjoyable process. Aside from an obvious knowledge base, they demonstrated some serious patience (I most definitely tested it). Between so many ring options and the many variables within diamonds, they did not hesitate to allow me to dwell and chose what worked best for me. Armando was able to layout any type of diamond, with whichever array of cuts and qualities, I showed an interest in. Whats best is they informed, but did not pressure me one way or another. In the end, I was able to make a confident and informed decision. Who knows if shell say yes haha, but either way, this part of the experience was solid.Thank you!

Armando and Robin are so kind and patient. The process of picking out your forever ring can be so overwhelming but they both made me feel welcome and at ease. And according to my future fiancé they have the most comfortable chairs so he didn’t mind sitting there chatting with Armando for hours while I looked at rings. :-) I’m so thankful to have found Lozano’s. Comment: LOZANO’S!!!!Never going to another jeweler again!I called around for pricing for rings for my wife & I. After speaking to a few places, I felt my budget wasn’t enough. I found LOZANO’S in Thousand Oaks (which I drove all the way from Van Nuys to find) because not only was their pricing amazing, but they made me feel valued and important after only 1 phone call!I entered the shop and was assisted immediately. Extremely affordable & legitimate! All rings had serial numbers & documents along with them.Thank you so much to Lozano’s for your patience, value & assistance. Way better service and price compared to the big box commercial jewelry stores which really limit you as a consumer (financially and style choice). Comment: I spent 3 months looking for an engagement ring for my now fiancee and I was so happy to have chosen Lozanos jewelry. From the moment I first walked into the store, Armando made it clear that he was going to partner with me in helping me find the perfect ring. I went to 12 other jewelers, most of whom wanted to sell me something they already had or put pressure on me to commit before leaving the store, neither of which Armando did.I ended up going to Lozanos jewelry 4 times. Armando was generous enough to order a few settings online and have them delivered to his store. One of the most powerful moments for me at Lozanos was one when of the settings I wanted arrived. Despite the fact that I loved it online and asked Armando to order it, I didnt like how it looked in person. It took Armando one glance at my face to know I didnt want it. He didnt spend one second of time convincing me to buy it. He said you dont like it, dont buy it, this is an important decision. I will send it back. He then helped me find a setting and ring that I absolutely fell in love with, and then he had it resized and customized (changing the head from princess to round diamond) for me in record time. My fiancee absolutely adored it, said yes on the spot, and has spent much of the last week flaunting it to all of her friends and family. I came out looking like a king. I would highly, highly recommend Lozanos to anyone.

They helped me create an outstanding engagement ring for my then fiancé on a rather tight timeline. Robin helped me narrow down the style I was looking for and recommended setting the diamond a little lower for functionality which was great advice (my wife loves how its set). Armando didnt have the exact diamond I was looking for, although his selection was good. He was quick to have the perfect diamond shipped in and double-checked before finalizing. They completed the setting ahead of schedule - my expectations were definitely exceeded.Its been almost a year since my initial experience with them and Ive purchased a few more items already.I am always confident in sending clients, friends, and family members to their shop because they give nothing less than incredible service and straight forward guidance.
