Comment: I recently worked with Latife on the purchase of a fully entitled piece of land in Healdsburg. She helped us maneuver the complicated permitting process with the city, helped us locate a general contractor, assisted in the design of the home, and also gave us guidance on how to maintain the vineyard on the property. Her knowledge and expertise in resident real estate in the sonoma and napa county is very hard to come by.
