At the last moment my wife decided to have her wedding ring resized and cleaned for the celebration. Greg, K Jon’s owner, jumped on the challenge and did not once scold us for lamely assuming we could just walk in and have the work done that quickly. The ring was beautifully restored - in time! Thank you Greg.WARNING!! Greg is a bit of a rascal. He showed me a ring I was eyeing since years ago I had lost mine. I loved the ring but it was the wrong size and silver, not gold, which I prefered. He told me he would have to outsource the ring and it would not be ready until after the cruise. I told him I still wanted to proceed.Greg had a plan he didn’t share with me. He built the ring himself so I could have it in time for the celebration and when I went to pick up my wife’s ring the day before departure, he exposed his devious plan. My mom and I scheduled an appointment to have a version of a vintage ring set recreated in our price range. They were upfront and honest and took their time making sure the ring resembled what I was looking for. On our way out I ended up seeing a vintage ring I really liked and they were able to size it up to fit me. They had the ring sized super fast and my fiancé was able to pick up the ring within a week. They made the shopping experience very easy with no pressure.

I came in knowing nothing and having NEVER stepped foot into or spent money at a fine jewelry store so I was really nervous, but I saw their great reviews and called ahead to asked about a consult. They were so nice that I decided to come in and am so glad I did! K. Jons is a total judgement-free-zone. I brought 2 rings I purchased off eBay and the diamonds I had in them were like tiny specks compared to the stuff they sell here- yet they went above and beyond to help me understand what I brought it, how they could help me fix the pieces (add a small diamond to the ring missing one and smooth the prongs on the other which was scratching me and not holding the diamond in very well). They explained what the total costs would be for that service upfront & beforehand- and the entire process just felt very honest and fairly priced- if not underpriced for how helpful they were. They even showed me my diamond under a microscope when I brought it in and also finished their work 1 week sooner than promised! I’m wearing my rings now and am so happy!Special shout-out to Lindsey Marie, their GIA certified appraisal QUEEN! She was so kind and informative, I only spent around $70 total to have them fix both of my pieces yet she and the other girl working there treated me like someone who was spending thousands! This level of service speaks volumes to me. If they are that kind to the “little guy” like me that didn’t spend much or even purchase one of their items, I can truly attest to their level of service at even the most simple level. I would absolutely trust them with more expensive jewelry if I own it down-the-line. Thank you so much! ☺️

Comment: I really don’t know where to begin but I will say I cried tears of joy today when I picked up my custom wedding ring as it was so much more than I could have imagined. When my husband proposed, he gifted me his grandmothers Ruby ring. I, too, had my aunts diamond wedding ring that was gifted to me when she passed over 20 years ago. While it wasn’t my personal style, it was very beautiful and special. I took the rings to K Jon’s not really knowing what I wanted except to combine the two rings. An original design was drafted up but when the CAD was sent to me, I didn’t love it. We went back to the drawing board and I met with Shelley. She knocked it out of the park! Exceptional customer service and she really created a design that was a reflection of my personality. Although the ring wasn’t ready for my wedding day, it was worth the extra week of wait. ( one of the diamonds was cracked so they had to replace. The delay was not their fault) I am so grateful to have such a stunning custom ring that holds the family history of two beautiful women. A huge thank you to the very creative Shelley and K Jon’s team for creating such a phenomenal piece of jewelry that I will cherish for so many years!

My insurance company requested an appraisal and after doing some research, I found that Kjons was the only diamond and gem store listed in our area as a certifed expert in appraisals. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and reassured me that my diamond was in good hands. They even had me look under the microscope to map out my diamond so when I picked it up I would know that I was getting back my original diamond. Living in the south county and not knowing anything about Kjons, I called some friends in the north county and they all had said that Kjons has an outstanding reputation. Comment: Anything need done for my jewelry I go to K Jons. Have been with them for years! They’re certified, trustworthy and worth a visit. Always very pleasant people working there and always willing to answer questions and talk shop in a no-pressure “must buy something” akwardness you feel at lots of other jewelry places I’ve been to. They’re there to create a relationship not just make a sale.They even taught me about our great aunts watch which I never knew you had to just “wind” to make work!

Comment: From the first step inside K.Jons we were made to feel like family. Pam went out of her way to help us with some repair and re-sizing issues. She then invited us to a loose gem showing to be held at the store. What a great experience! Our next visit was to decide on a design for the loose gems we had purchased. Again, Pam was extremely helpful with my design ideas. With her help, a fabulous pendant was drawn and made exactly as I had envisioned it. When I saw it all finished, it literally took my breath away! The goldsmith, Fred, totally understood what I wanted and made it happen. Thanks to both of you for your time and expertise.k.Jons will definitely be my jewelry store of choice from now on.

They have a nice selection of fine jewelry, especially for a small town.The second time I was in, two weeks later, they were nice but could have been a bit more welcoming. The person that spent an hour with me previously didnt say hello or recognize me (perhaps I am not that memorable). I grew up in the Los Angeles area so I guess my expectations are still high.Overall, very good. I would shop there again.

Comment: K-Jons does do Free jewelry cleaning. My girls ring needed some cleaning so I brought it in. While I waited they had no problem showing me new rings just encase I wanted to take it to the next level. Great service and No pressure. I will be back.
