Comment: I am extremely happy with the service that I received from both Eric and Jay. They treated my wife and I like old customers even though we were new. I eventually bought a 36m SG Rolex Explorer for my wife, she has worn the watch daily the past several months and is extremely happy with the entire experience. She is now looking to purchasing new diamond earrings. This was the best experience I ever had in a jewelry store.

Comment: I was looking to add a 3rd Rolex to my collection (but my 1st Rolex from Kerns) and saw that Kerns was an AD in the area so after a few days of research, I decided to pop in without appointment. If you were ever thinking of stopping by, I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Maura ahead of time. She is so cool and is the type of enthusiast that you could just talk to about watches all day long. She is very knowledgeable in Rolex and Tudor, gives valuable input, and doesn’t try to pressure you into buying something you don’t want. She also gave me the rundown about the history of the store and owners and all the services and products they had to offer, which was great.Long story short, the day I visited, Kerns ended up having inventory of a few pieces and I ended up purchasing a 36mm white dial datejust since I was in the market for something on the dressier side to compliment a sub and gmt master ii that I had in my collection. A lot of other positives with Kerns is that they have a bunch of other Rolex sports models for display that you can try on if you were ever wondering how they looked and felt in person. On top of that, they have a trustworthy watchmaker in house. They also had Tudor and Patek if you were interested in those brands.Overall, I am for sure going back sometime to buy more pieces from them in the future and hope to make them one of my lifelong go to places for watches.

Comment: My wife and I visited Kerns 3 months ago to try on watches for a push present. Her eye had been fixated on a mixed metal datejust and we were hoping to try on something of similar size to make sure thats what she really wanted. This is easier said than done these days with inventory being so limited and we knew we were in for a long journey. We met with Eric, and he chatted with us about our style, what we were looking for and why we wanted that particular watch. To our surprise, not only was she able to try on a datejust 36 for size, Eric happened to have the exact configuration in stock and we were able to take it home on the spot! For anyone who has been searching for a sport Rolex these last few years, you understand just how rare this really is. My wife has worn the watch every single day ever since and she could not be happier. This was our first purchase with Eric & Kerns; I hope the first of many. Thank you for taking the time to treat a brand new customer as if wed known you for years -- truly a one of a kind business.

Comment: An update to my previous review. I decided to go back before the holiday shopping season starts in order to take advantage of their already low inventory. Again, greeted by every single associates from the front door to the back of the store. Inventory was still very low. However, I was able to get my first ever Patek Philippe I have been eyeing during my last two visits. My sales associate was Eric which is also one of the owner. He took his time showing, explaining, and helping me trying different models. At the end I stick with what I was eyeing for, which is the 5524R Travel Time. He thoroughly explains how to adjust the multiple functions and what to watch out for in order to maintain its optimum conditions.Their was another watch I was eyeing for my wife. Unfortunately, it didnt work for her. Eric again took his time figuring what my wifes taste and style. Finally she got a watch she really likes. It was one of the best gift she ever received according to her. Not to mention those watches he suggested cost four times less than the one we were originated for. That shows he concerns what his customers need rather than up selling. Most importantly, he makes sure that my wife will leave his store with a big smile.Kerns Jewelers is a genuine business based on past my experiences. They are family owned, you get superior services from the owners and their loyal employees. Before I pulled the trigger for my first purchase. I wanted to make sure that Josette who helped me on my first two visits is working on that day, so shell get her commission. She kindly appreciate that and said it is not necessary as they work as a team like a family. That shows how good they have been treated by their company. The personalized services from them is second to none. They know you by name after a couple visits and they remember your taste and preference, understanding your budget etc. The owner personally replied to all the good and bad reviews. I dont think any bad or my good reviews will make any difference of their businesses at all cause their business obviously speaks for itself. That not only shows how much efforts the owner willing to spent on replies. Most importantly, he cares their customers experiences. They went through ups and downs in the past seven decades. That should tell you they must be doing something right. Also the owner will always be there because its a family business. Employees can quit but the owner cant.Finally, besides the superior services. What I like about them is they give back to the local community. I found out from my kids school newsletter that they regularly donate to the local school district. All of the above clearly stating that they truly valued their employees, customers, and community. I dont know what not to love about them.
