Comment: I had Ryan from the Roseville Store help me pick out the perfect ring for my then girlfriend, now fiancée! I can’t thank him enough! He’s super friendly, very informative, listens to every word you say and picks out the best designs that best suit your needs! And of course takes into consideration your overall budget! He put together a ring that was a mashup of a bunch of different designs that I brought to him and I couldn’t be happier! My now fiancée absolutely loves the ring and we will highly recommend not only going to Kenny G, but also highly recommend Ryan. As he and the rest of the staff there are very friendly and welcoming!

Comment: I just want to let everyone that you will not regret working with these guys. They performed a small miracle for me by getting my ring back to me so I could propose last week before my fiancé flew across country.Aside from this they were super upfront and friendly. There was no up selling or pressure. They are very knowledgeable about what they are doing and they make you feel like family instantly.If you are looking for that small jewelry intimacy, but the big company warranties I suggest going with Kenny G and Company!

Comment: I worked with Matt when designing and buying an engagement ring and it couldnt have gone smoother. He is extremely knowledgeable and pointed me towards the right direction to make sure the ring turned out perfect. Even though I wasnt in town much, he made me feel like I was his only client and I can tell he loves what he does. He made the process from start to finish so exciting and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Will be going back for our wedding bands. I highly recommend working with Matt!

Comment: The best customer service of any jeweler I have done business with. That is not to say that I have not worked with other respectable and reliable jewelers. But, yesterday, I was blown away by the customer care given when absolutely no money was expected to be gained by attending to my needs. Details: I called up Kenny G & Co and told them that my fiancé and I had purchased our bridal set from an estate jewelry dealer. Then, I told them that my fiancé was starting to doubt the integrity of the dealer and believed that the diamonds in my rings were fake. I asked if they would be willing to test the diamonds and determine for certain whether they were genuine. Clearly, my story indicates that we do not have much money to spend on jewelry, but the assistant manager of the store graciously invited me to come in and ask for him personally. When I arrived, he was with another customer. No matter, another salesperson on the floor was equally willing to help, performed two separate tests, and even went so far as to ask me if he could professionally clean my [now officially diamond] engagement ring. All of this was done without asking me for a penny, and as he walked me out, the salesperson treated me as cordially as if I had purchased the most expensive ring in the store. Guess where I sending my future husband when we are in the market for anniversary jewelry? Highly recommend this establishment.

Comment: Went in to have a ring appraised, I am a young guy and have very little knowledge of Jewelry. The staff there were very nice and took a great deal of pride in their knowledge and how rings are valued the cost of the gems and of the metal. I would go back due to my experience.
