Comment: Steve was absolutely amazing to work with. We could not have had a better Realtor on our side to help us through the purchasing process. Steve Gould listened to what we wanted/needed in a new home and made it work. He was always available whenever I called, texted or emailed him. It was so nice to have someone on our side who we felt we could trust and when he gave us suggestions, we went with them, knowing that he was guiding us and truly looking out for our needs. We were not just a sale for Steve. He became a friend, someone who we would definitely contact for any other real estate transactions we have in the future. I cannot thank Steve Gould enough for his work. We did not make it easy for him LOL. Steves knowledge of the area, the prices, the going rent prices really helped us make this rental home purchase easy. He helped make my just completed house purchase journey trouble free and even enjoyable.Steve is experienced and very knowleageable. He is also efficient and thorough. Most importantly, I could trust hand rely on him to guide me objectively and look after my interest. He knew the house buying/selling process and more than enough of the legal stuff and need-to-be-donesand he helped me through the many required steps of the offer and escrow process. He kept me informed about what was going on, what needed to be done next, and helped get things done. I felt he cared and took time to help me.He also knew all sorts of things about houses and things that are in houses! Be it about flooring, heaters, plumbing, windows ...... Comment: Steve is the best. As soon as we met him we knew he would be a perfect realtor for us. He really wants to know what you are looking for and listens to what you want. We told Steve we were looking for a single story, New and open concept. There was a new 55 over community being built in Camarillo. Steve started getting information immediately for us and his follow up was excellent. We went to see the models that were available and fell in love with the home. Steve stayed with us every step of the way and kept us on track to get mortgage, brokers, and finally the closing. We so enjoyed working with Steve. He is professional, up front, not pushy and just a nice guy. We recommend Steve to anyone who wants the best realtor out there!
