Comment: This place has great customer service! Went in to get my fiancées ring resized and Jorge was super helpful and thorough in finding the correct size. He was very attentive and we never felt rushed. Alex was also really helpful in getting the ring shipped out for resizing and then following up when it was ready to be picked up. It took less than 2 weeks and the ring looks and fits perfectly! Would highly recommend coming here for your resizing needs.

We have been to a lot of stores, but the hospitality of this Kay store was indelible. Ester, Leslie and the store manager happily helped us through to come to a decision. They gave their personal opinions which got us good deals. This outlet had a huge stock apt for all the occasions from wedding to casual. In the end, we purchased the products with full contentment.
