Comment: I just wanna start off. I am gratful for having another day with my spouse, and ill trade any matirial thing in the world just to be with him for just 1 more day. Something my wife has said to me while we where married for 2 years. She grew up in a poor in a country in south america and is gratful for everthing we have. A home, clothes, and food. When we where young i didnt have enough money and i was working part time in college i only had 200 dollars in my account. I went and got my wife her engagment ring for 127 dollars. A white saphire stone and silver ring. It was all i could afford at the time. But she cherished it and loved it for many years. I told her i would buy her dream ring of a white gold and real diamond ring. She said its okay, that the thought of the ring is what counts. And if i ever spend alot of money on a small little thing like a ring she would be a bit upset. Becuase health and family is more important than matirial things for her. I agreed and went on our happily married ways. Now 12/8/23 we are about to be 8 years married next month in January. She wears her ring to this day but is now showing typical silver and white saphire age. The stone is clouded and the silver is starting to rot or look dull now. But she still wears it and hangs on to it. At that moment i believe she deserves a ring thats forever. I came in today and spoke with Shelley and she was amazing. At first she was showing me a gold chain i wanted to get for my wife. But then something told me to ask her about rings. She showed me a variaty of rings that exactly is what my wifes ring looks like. But this time i wanted a white gold band and real diamonds. Princess cut halo ring, a ring my wife loves so much. At first she showed me pricy rings from 3k to 5k. I didnt mind getting it for my wife. But i know she would be upset for spending so much on a piece of jewelery. Again from where she comes from, she puts our health and family first. I was a bit emberessed and asking for a less expensive option. I was afraid she was going to judge me and think i didnt love my wife enough. But i explained the reason on how my wife views on matirial things, And my eyes teared up when she said it was all okay lets go find her that ring for the right price. We walked all over the store, ring after ring reccomendations she gave me and landed with a ring that looks like it belongs to a princess. Was at a price range to the point my wife wouldnt be upset at and its real white gold and diamonds. So it would continue to sparkle and shine for years without any worries. She sold me on a protection plan which was a great deal for the ring incase something happens to it. I am glad she didnt push me to get a big fancy ring, Nor looked at me diffrent. She understood my situation on my wifes views and she helped me find the perfect ring that i promised my wife the day i proposed to her when we where 19 years old. Thank you so much Shelley and i will be happy to come back to you incase my wife wants to splurge on some nice jewelery in the future. You are the best and my hero for understanding and the help in this situation.

Comment: Making a decision that represents something that you love and worked so for is already nerve-wrecking, but having to find a ring to represent that is even crazier . When I came into Kay jewelers, I was astonished to see how willing Kenneth was to help me with every little question that I had ! Kenneth is not only charming, but very thorough and patient!! I feel so confident in shopping here knowing that I will become more knowledgeable on everything that I’m interested in!! I really appreciate someone who has great customer service and knows the importance of building relationships with their customers!
