I wanted a bracelet for my son’s birthday that I found online and it wasn’t available in the store, however, he went of his way to check and called another location to see if it’s in stock. He ordered my item and got it shipped in two days. Upon picking my item two days later, another associate helped me, however, I noticed a few minor scratches on the bracelet and all she said,” Well, you got it from up north and if he doesn’t like you can return it”. She didn’t even bother to wipe the bracelet or try to do something about the scratches. I had to ask her if she can at least make it presentable but of course she wiped it down. I wasn’t satisfied with her customer service so I waited for Archie to come back. Explained to him the situation, he immediately took care of the scratches on the bracelet, and made it looking brand new! If he couldn’t get the scratches off he would order me another one. As a result, the bracelet looked good and new! Archie went above and beyond to help me and ensure I left happy! You need more people like him! Thank you, Archie! 100%

Noi showed me a lot of options in my price range. Stress fee, no hassle. I picked out a gorgeous diamond band for my fiancée. We will definitely be back to buy jewelry for the wedding party.

Whenever we go in to the store, we are always greeted warmly, as if we were visiting an old family friend. There is never any pressure to buy nor do they try to up-sell you. They simply give you the best deal based on your budget. I am SO happy that we went to Kay Jewelers Outlet to purchase our wedding bands! I have lost track of the amount of times I get compliments on my wedding ring! It is stunning!

Comment: Katelyn gave great customer service. I went in the to buy a promise ring for my girlfriend and she was very helpfull and even remembered my name weeks later when i went to go pick it up. However there was this older lady her customer service was horrible i have been a stutterer since i was a little kid and i went in there talked to the lady for a little bit and she was making fun of my speech. Very horrible customer service on her part. But katelyn was great, i will go back to the store but only deal with katelyn.
