Comment: My was vacationing in California with my family when we visited the Kay Outlet Carlsbad for warranty repair on my granddaughters ear ring. A small diamond in my ring became loose when manager, Roberto Martinez, was cleaning my rings. Robbie offered to have the ring fixed and I decided this was a good time to have the ring sized as well. Once the service was completed Robbie had the ring FedEx from Carlsbad to my home town of Beavercreek Ohio (to the Kay Jewelers I frequent). This was a seamless process that took just a few days. The customer service I received was outstanding! I am and will always be a Kay’s customer. Kay’s warranty, the repair service, the customer service was ALL above and beyond what is expected. I appreciate you.

We found one that looked very similar to my old one but had a lil bigger center diamond and side diamonds, so it was like a little upgrade as well. Glad he didn’t spend a fortune on it. It also matched my wedding band perfectly. So thankful for the outlets! And the staff people here were so nice and helpful.

Comment: Originally went in to look at Rolex watches and ended up meeting two amazing people who are now considered friends....they didnt have any Rolexs in stock, but I did find an awesome Citizen Eco that I bought to replace one I had lost years ago. My jeweler, Keely, was nothing short of incredibly professional, outgoing, personable and very knowledgeable about the many Citizens they had in stock. I never felt pressured, never felt like I wasnt being fully informed and given a moment to choose something I would appreciate. She literally picked out two watches for me that were exactly what I would have chosen for myself. She understands the premise of customer interaction so well that I would consider her and her counterpart team mate, Rosa, as two exact definitions of dedicated professionalism, trustworthy customer service, and very noticeable low impact, non pressure oriented sales. These two ladies should be lauded for their exemplary approach to commitment, initiative and attitude based hallmarks of true and honest customer service in an industry that is sometimes likened to used car sales... Not with these ladies. My experience with Keely and Rosa has guaranteed a long term client relationship, continued high end watch purchases and the Holy Grail of retail...customer loyalty to a specific brand. In this day and age of disposable client / sales relationships, the very open and high standards these two ladies demonstrated compel me to not only give the highest possible recommendation to this store in Carlsbad, but to encourage others to stop and look at any of the excellent jewelry, tennis bracelets, engagement/wedding ring, timepiece offerings they have. Literally, something for everyone, and you also end up walking away purchase satisfied, financially secure and knowing youve made some friends in the process. When we found the perfect ring, it was because the Manager used every skill she had to track down the ABSOLUTE LAST ONE EVER MADE!! Comment: The store was near my work in Vista. I came to check out an ID bracelet with NO intentions to make a purchase. However, they had a VERY hard to find Marquise 1 ct chocolate/champagne diamond. Lindsay, Lauren and Rosa fashioned a custom 14k rose gold diamond ring at a HUGE discounted price. It is STRIKING! There were no shortcuts in quality. I had been shopping on this type ofring for months; three other Jewelers could not accomplish this project! The store and staff are the best. No attitudes, down to earth and they care for their clients. I feel they are my friends and I always feel pleasent after a visit. (I have driven in traffic from San Diego proper to Carlsbad (and back) to visit this store. Without regret.)
