Comment: My wife & I have been shopping for jewelry at Kay’s through Destiny for at least 15 years and it has always been a welcoming environment & fun day when we are there. Destiny always has an honest trusting personality and you can see her staff feeds off of her positivity, ( kind approach ) towards customers.We ONLY shop Kay’s Jewelers because of the welcoming kindness received from Destiny in the Modesto Ca. store. The down side is she always seems to know what to show my wife, therefore we end up spending more then we planned on. ( Happy Wife Happy Life ) But it’s all good. :) :) :) Because she treats you like family. ( Outstanding manager of store )Tim & Denise

Comment: I am shocked by the previous reviews. My service has always been phenomenal when shopping at the Kay Jewelers in Modesto, Ca. The team has always greeted me with a smile. I have been shopping at Kay’s for over 14 years and I keep coming back. They offer a huge variety of services and I recently joined their Vault Rewards program thanks to the sales lady Destiny who shared this great tool to earn discounts on my purchases. The store is so clean and they have a huge assortment of merchandise to choose from. I just recently made a purchase during their Semi-Annual event and saved over $1000 on my purchase for a new Leo enhancer and Leo Anniversary Diamond band that I love. I love my Leo Diamonds 💎 and Kay’s offers such a wonderful assortment of other brands. I highly recommend this location. The ladies are well trained and very professional and a delight.

My ring was still in the repair shop and I had moved across the country without my ring. Destiny did everything in her power to get it back to me in a safe and efficient manner. I do not regret taking my ring to Kay Jewlers in Modesto. DESTINY IS THE BEST!

Comment: I went in for both a gift for my girlfriend and a mother day gift. Im reading about everyones poor experiences and Im feeling surprised. Im not sure if I dealt with a completely new staff or if the current staff was having a really good day. I say this because I received excellent service and I didnt see anyone else that was there leave upset. Most other jewelry stores in the mall ignored me or belittled me because I am a younger man and they assume I wasnt serious about buying or that I had no money. I was greeted by a tall older man who was helping a couple. The two women that helped me were great. The first women helped me choose the jewelry and the other accepted my request to do a custom box job to hold the bracelet and ring I bought for my girlfriend. They offered a bag with a bear to go along with the mothers day gift and gave me ideas on what to write in the card. The proceeds were going to St Jude. My mom donates to them so I knew she would like it even more for that reason. I had a great experience. They were friendly, we held proper conversations while there were technical things going on which kept things from getting awkward, and I left satisfied with the gifts in hand. To those who had bad experiences, Im sorry and I hope you receive better service next time. Thanks for taking the time to read my review.
