Comment: I went to Kay’s jewelry to find a mothers ring. I was having a hard time picking one out that I liked but the woman helping me named Hillary was very helpful. She was patient with me and helped me pick one out/customize the ring. Overall everything was great and she was the sweetest.

Comment: I went in to ask a question about my ring under warranty and have links on a watch band removed. Hillary thoroughly answered my questions and helped me with all that I needed done. I expressed interest in Levian. She informed me of a coming event and ordering at the store. I come in for regular cleanings and purchases. Consistently this Kays customer service has been top notch. I will be back.

Comment: I went to this jewelry store, after being disappointed with the customer service at others, in the hopes of finding a matching set of rings for my Daughter and I. She is graduating this year, 2023.I came into Kays with little hope for a good experience. Immediately I was welcomed by Hillary and Anna. They asked if they could help me and I let them know Id like a few minutes to look around. After about 3-5 minutes, Hillary came to ask me if I had any questions or if I needed more time. I let her know I had some questions regarding a couple of different ring styles I had seen.Hillary was knowledgeable, kind, and patient.I ended up getting the same ring for my Daughter and the same ring for myself.Within 30 minutes I was walking out the door with 2 of the most Beautiful rings I had ever seen.As I was leaving, I heard Anna and Hillary say goodbye and to have a nice day. Honestly, this interaction made my day great. I will be coming back to this Kays, in the hopes of having Hillary help me again.Thank you
