Comment: Yami, Jackie, and Cindy were all three very helpful with us today. We were doing a gold chain exchange/upgrade. We’ve had to bring the chain in several times for repair and Since the purchase was made a few years the system was making it hard for them to complete the transaction. We understood and were patient but all three ladies worked diligently to resolve the problem and laughed and talked with us the entire time. The absolute BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE…especially at the start of the holiday season.
