We went to another Kays back in December and my fiance was able to try on a few white gold rings he liked but still decided to keep his options open. We went to so many stores but the one ring he loved at Kays stood out the best. We went to Kays in a different city and the customer service was horrible there. Yesterday we decided to try this store and right away we were helped out! The lady that helped us was extremely nice and not pushy at all. We wanted to check out one more jewelry store in the mall before making our final decision. After looking at other rings, my fiance loved the one at Kays. We went back and the same lady helped us out! She was extremely helpful and got us in and out right away. I cant wait to pick it up in a couple of weeks!
