Monika, the assistant store manager, greeted us right away and helped us out. She was wonderful, polite, and informative. She was able to capture my desired style in a ring right away. Monika was happy to answer all our questions and explained everything so well. She was patient, didn’t rush or pressure us. I contacted customer service to see what other options I could have. Maria contacted Amy Aljoboori at the Temecula mall and decided to exchange for a new chain. They either said they didnt have it in stock (even though I know they could order it) or simply skipped over me.
