Comment: Just as I was going to discontinue being a loyal customer of 40+ years with Kays due to a horrible unprofessional experience at Kays in Arden with assistance manager Heather (yelling at me in front of customers) and Nemo (questioing why she would yell at me) . I left the store with the intent never to give Kays another penny.I walked into the most attentive, customer service, empathetic Kays at the Sunrise Mall. I experienced the best customer service from both Rifi and Narinder. These two employees are an asset to the Kays Family and apologized profoundly on behalf of Arden store something Nemo should take lessons on. I would highly recommend Sunrise Kays jewelry. I went home and was so happy with the service I called and they took an order on a high item purchase Iwas looking at while in the store. Customer service continued even after I left the store. I will continue with Kays Jewelry as I have for many years but only the Sunrise store location even its is further. There is nothing like great customer service..thank you Sunrise store, Rifi and Narinder.

I came in looking to buy an engagement ring for my girlfriend and I was fortunate to have Rifi help me pick out rings. The first thing I noticed was how Rifi guided me versus push me to look/buy a ring. No pressure the whole time. She’s very kind, has a great sense of humor and extremely knowledgeable about the jewelry. I walked out with a beautiful ring and was able to propose this April, my financé LOVES her ring! After I bought the ring, Rifi followed up with me, just to check in, answered ALL questions I had (I had a lot lol). When my fiancé and I came in together to get the ring sized, the first thing I did was show Rifi our proposal photos. She thanked us for showing her.
