Comment: I always purchase my fiancés birthday and anniversary jewelry at this location. I have been shopping here since 2015. Diane has been very helpful throughout the years. I purchased my fiancé a new ring for her birthday in 2015 and Diane helped us pick out one that my fiancé loved. Most recently she helped me and my fiancé pick out her engagement ring and the experience was great. She helped my fiancé pick out a ring a that she loved and she gets compliments daily on her ring. I look forward to coming in and having Diane help us find a wedding band to match the engagement ring.

Especially Diane she is wonderful and kind she always goes above and beyond to help me find the jewelry that I need. She helped me special order Neil lane earrings a few years ago to match my necklace that were not available in store. I have been shopping here since 2014 and she has always been so amazing. Whenever I buy jewelry I always try to have her help me.

Comment: Went in for my jewelry inspections. Didn’t know I needed an appointment (never needed one previously) and was rather annoyed. The assistant manager, Steven Brooks, took care of everything, and even fixed an issue with my account that I had been trying to get addressed for several *years*. I appreciated his time and willingness to help, and I left a very happy customer!

Comment: Came here looking for an engagement ring with my boyfriend because he wanted me to have a say on what ring I would be wearing for the rest of my life with him. Instantly someone greeted us and directed us towards what we were looking for and respected our budget. She informed us of qualifying for payments and other services my ring could have. For now I’ve had 0 complaints. Will be updating in the future if anything changes.
